A current-voltage detection unit detects current and voltage of the battery during a period in which the battery is charged or discharged. A differential voltage calculation unit calculates a differential voltage of the battery on the basis of the detected current and voltage. A deterioration state estimation unit estimates a deterioration state of the battery on the basis of a change in the calculated differential voltage.

    摘要: An ammeter measures current when a storage battery having a plurality of single batteries connected in series is charged or discharged. A voltmeter measures total voltage of the storage battery. A calculation device calculates dV/dt obtained by differentiating the total voltage with respect to time on the basis of a relationship between the total voltage and charging time or discharging time, separates a characteristic peak obtained by a dV/dt curve into peaks for the respective single batteries, and diagnoses soundness of the storage battery on the basis of the separated peaks.

A second classification circuit obtains second measured values from each of devices, the second measured values of the device including at least one input value to the device, and classifies the second measured values of the devices into normal second measured values and outlier second measured values using the OCSVM. A determination circuit determines a device having the outlier first measured values and the normal second measured values, to be a malfunctioning device.
