    摘要: An ultrasonic flaw detection jig includes a base section with which a probe of the ultrasonic inspection apparatus is brought into contact; and a prominence section provided for the base section and inserted into an inspection object hole of an inspection object. The inspection object hole includes a countersunk section connected with a main surface of the inspection object and extending from the main surface while reducing a diameter; and a connection section connecting a bottom of the countersunk section and the rear surface of the inspection object. The prominence section has a conical shape corresponding to the shape of the countersunk section.

    摘要: A composite material design device using a genetic algorithm includes: a first generation generating unit that generates, as a first-generation group of individuals, a plurality of individual models using each of laminate member models having strength directionalities designed on the basis of a load condition; an evaluating unit that segments each individual model in the generated group of individuals into predetermined cells, and evaluates a lamination pattern in each cell using at least one of indices including symmetry, adjacent directionality, and continuous laminability; and a next generation generating unit that selects an individual model from the group of individuals through ranked selection, generates a new individual model through crossover, replication, and mutation, and updates the group of individuals as a next generation.
