摘要: A multi-stage compression system in which gases compressed by a pair of first-stage compressors are compressed by subsequent compressors connected to the first-stage compressors in series includes a valve control unit configured to output open/close signals for opening/closing valves for adjusting flow rates of gases flowing into the first-stage compressors provided at inlet sides of the first-stage compressors. The valve control unit outputs an open/close signal having a difference less than or equal to a predetermined value with respect to a degree of opening of the valve before malfunction determination as the open/close signal until a malfunction is eliminated after the determination of the malfunction in which one of the valves does not have a degree of opening according to the open/close signal.

摘要: A compressing system includes a compression section that compresses a target gas to an intermediate pressure, which is equal to or higher than a critical pressure and lower than a target pressure to generate an intermediate supercritical fluid, a cooling section that cools the intermediate supercritical fluid generated in the compression section to near a critical temperature to generate an intermediate supercritical pressure liquid, and a pumping section that compresses the intermediate supercritical pressure liquid generated in the cooling section to a pressure that is equal to or higher than the target pressure. At least one of the intermediate supercritical pressure liquid compressed in the pumping section, a low-temperature liquid generated by extracting the intermediate supercritical pressure liquid on the upstream side of the pumping section to reduce pressure to near the critical pressure, and an external cooling medium is used as a cooling medium in the cooling section.

The control device (101) comprises: a main pressure-control unit (101a) that controls the inflow amount regulating means (5) and the anti-surge valve (7) on the basis of a feedforward control value that is generated on the basis of the load of the load apparatus (15) and of a prescribed conversion process, and on the basis of a feedback control value that is generated on the basis of the deviation between a set value and a measured value for the discharge pressure of the compressor (1); and an emergency pressure-control unit (101b) that calculates a bias-added control value that is found by adding a predetermined bias value to an anti-surge valve control value that is for controlling the anti-surge valve (7) and that is calculated on the basis of at least one of the feedforward control value and the feedback control value, and that, on the basis of the occurrence of load variations that are at or above a prescribed value, switches between the anti-surge control value and the bias-added control value and controls the anti-surge valve (7).
