摘要: Provided is a control parameter automatic-adjustment apparatus that adjusts a control parameter which is used when a control apparatus of a plant calculates an operational control signal, the apparatus including: a simulator that simulates operation of the plant; a learning unit that searches for an optimal control parameter using the simulator; and a knowledge database that stores knowledge information which associates an amount of change in the control parameter with an amount of change in a state of the plant, in which the learning unit includes a search range determination unit that determines a control parameter search range based on the knowledge information that is stored in the knowledge database.

摘要: There is provided a combined cycle power plant in which a high-pressure steam turbine and an intermediate-pressure steam turbine can operate in a state where amounts of thermal effect thereof are close to a limit value, and capable of reducing start-up time. A combined cycle power plant includes: an exhaust heat recovery boiler that includes a high-pressure superheater which superheats steam for a high-pressure steam turbine, and a reheater which reheats steam for an intermediate-pressure steam turbine; bypass pipes through which steam bypasses the high-pressure superheater and the reheater; bypass valves that regulate flow rates of steam which flows through the bypass pipes; and a bypass controller that controls the bypass valves such that a difference between thermal effect-amount margins of the turbines is decreased.

摘要: A start control unit for a steam turbine plant, wherein inputting a measured value of a steam temperature fed to a steam turbine, a measured value or an estimated value of a rotor temperature of the steam turbine, and a measured value of a casing temperature of the steam turbine, and controlling a steam flow rate so as to increase the steam flow rate fed to the steam turbine when a difference between the steam temperature and the rotor temperature is smaller than a first regulated value and a difference between the rotor temperature and the casing temperature is a second regulated value or larger.

摘要: An activation control apparatus permits activating a steam turbine safely at high speed in response to a power generation plant state. A heat source apparatus heats low-temperature fluid to generate high-temperature fluid, and steam generation equipment generates steam by thermal exchange with the high-temperature fluid. A steam turbine is driven by the steam, and an adjustment apparatus adjusts a plant operation amount. A thermal effect amount prediction calculation device calculates a prediction value for a thermal effect amount for use for activation control of the steam turbine, and a changeover device decides, based on a state value of the power generation plant, the sensitivity of the thermal effect amount to a variation of the plant operation amount and outputs a changeover signal in accordance with the sensitivity. Based on the changeover signal, an adjustment device calculates the plant operation amount so as not to exceed a predetermined limit value.
