摘要： Video distribution methods include providing a primary video data stream having a first image size and formatted in a first video display format. A transmission data stream is formed having a plurality of blocks of data including at least first and second data fields. The first data field includes a secondary video data stream extracted from the primary video data stream and is formatted for display in a second video format. The second data field includes supplemental data extracted from the primary video data stream and configured to provide, when combined with the data of the first data field, a tertiary video data stream formatted for display in a third video format. The transmission data stream is multicasted from a wireless communication transmitter to a plurality of wireless communication terminals. Wireless communication terminals and systems are also disclosed.

摘要： An application program in a host server is operative to detect a change in the host server IP address and, in response thereto, send a message containing the changed address to a remote client, such as a mobile communication device. The message may be transmitted as an email message to a Short Message Server of a cellular provider for the mobile communication device. The message preferably contains at least the changed IP address of the server. The SMS server can identify the phone number of the mobile communication device from the received message and thereby transmit the changed IP address portion of the message to the mobile communication device.

摘要： A method in a first device for setting up a peer-to-peer IP connection between the first device and a second device may include sending a request to a second device for setting up the peer-to-peer IP connection between the first device and the second device. The request may include an IP address of the first device. Alternatively, an IP address of the second device may be received in a message from the second device. The peer-to-peer IP connection between the first device and the second device is then set up. The setting up may be initiated by one of the parties associated with the first device or the second device by connecting to the other party using the IP address of the other party.
