摘要： A terminal anchoring lance 20 includes a first anchoring portion 21 and a second anchoring potion 22 which are arranged apart from each other in a direction of inserting a female terminal 30. The female terminal 30 includes a first engagement portion 33 corresponding to the first anchoring portion and a second engagement portion 36 corresponding to the second anchoring portion. The second anchoring portion is arranged at the base 20b of the terminal anchoring lance or on the wall of a connector housing 11 on the extending line of the terminal anchoring lance. The first anchoring portion is formed as a tip of the terminal anchoring lance, and the second anchoring portion is formed as a projection. The second engagement portion is formed as a projection at the rear end of a female electrical contact portion 31 of the terminal, and the first engagement portion is formed as a projection at the front end of the electrical contact. A pair of the second anchoring portions are formed on both sides 20c of the terminal anchoring lance. In this configuration, the size and weight of a connector and the production cost of the connector are reduced. The number of components is also reduced without lowering the holding force of a female connector.

摘要： A wiring unit 1 with a plurality of printed circuit boards 2 which are successively stacked and pin units 3. The printed circuit boards 2 each has a conductor pattern 7 formed on the surface 6a of an insulating plate 6. The conductor pattern 7 is composed of a first plurality of belt-like conductors 11 and a second plurality of belt-like conductors 12. Through-holes 13 are formed at points 14 where the belt-like conductors 11 and 12 cross each other. The pin units 21 each is composed of a conductive pin 20 and a C-bush 21. The C-bush 21 is provided with a pair of spring segment segments 24. The C-bush 21 is press-fit into the through-hole 13 to sandwich the printed circuit board 2 between the pair of spring segments 24. The C-bush 21 is communicated with the conductor pattern 7. The pin 20 is inserted into the through-hole 13 into which the C-bush 21 is press-fit. The conductive pin 20 is communicated with the C-bush 21. In this configuration, the wiring unit can be minimized in production cost and size.

摘要： A wiring unit 1 includes a plurality of crimping terminals 2; and a plurality of insulating plates for holding said crimping terminals. The insulating plate 2 has a terminal groove 5 concaved from the surface, an accommodating portion 6 and a through-hole 7. The accommodating portion 6 is formed in concave from one of a pair of partition walls 9a and 9b constituting the terminal accommodating groove 5. The through-hole 7 passes through the insulating plate 2 and communicates with the accommodating portion 6. The crimping terminal 3 is composed of the electric-wire connecting portion 13 on which the electric wire is crimped and an electric-wire connecting portion 14. The insulating plates 2 are stacked while holding the crimping terminals 3. The electric contact portions 14 of the crimping terminals 3 held in the adjacent lower and upper insulating plates 2 are not superposed. The electric contact portion 14 of the crimping terminal 3 held in the lower insulating plate 2 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 6 via the through-hole 7 of the upper insulating plate 2. In this configuration, the wiring unit can be miniaturized.

The wiring unit includes a plurality of flat circuit bodies each composed of an insulating plate 21 and a plurality of bus bars 22 extended in parallel, and a short-circuiting member 23 composed of a pair of pin segments 24 and a coupling segment 25 for coupling them. The short-circuiting member 23 is formed in a -shape. The pin segments 24 are stuck into the bus bars so that the bus bars 22 are electrically connected to each other. In this configuration, the wiring unit can be manufactured at low cost and can be downsized.

The enameled wire 4 electrically connects a plurality of the band-shaped conductors 3 with each other. The first insulating sheet 2 is rolled up around an axis P parallel to the band-shaped conductor 3 from one end 5 to the other end 6 of the first insulating sheet 2. The first insulating sheet 2 is rolled up into a roll, thereby the wiring unit 1 is produced.

The process includes the steps of: provisionally locking the spacer in the connector housing; inserting a jig rod into the connector housing before inserting the terminal into the connector housing, the jig rod being for releasing the locking of the spacer which is completely locked in the connector housing; pulling the jig rod out from the connector housing; and inserting the terminal into the connector housing.

摘要： A press-contact connector 10 has a first member 20 which accommodates a plurality of terminals 21 having press-contact blades 21a and a second member 30 which is attached to the first member 20 and holds a plurality of wires 11 in an aligned state. The second member 30 has a plurality of retaining portions 31 capable of retaining the wires 11 respectively, formed in an approximate U shape and arranged in parallel to one another. The retaining portion 31 has claw portions 33 which are provided at inner walls 32 to lock the wire 11 in such a way as to contact with a bottom portion 31a of the retaining portion 31, and lances 34 which are provided at serial directional ends of each retaining portion 31 to urge the wire 11 in the direction of the opening of the retaining portion 31 in a cross section. Since each wire 11 is held bent by the cooperation of the claw portions 33 with the lances 34, compatibility with automation is possible and the wires 11 can be held sufficiently.

摘要： In a connector lock structure 1 provided at female and male connectors which can be fitted together, the female connector 2 has an engagement portion 14, and a slide lock member 13 is supported on the male connector 3 so as to move at least in connector-inserting and connector-withdrawing directions. The slide lock member 13 includes a retaining portion 16 for engagement with the engagement portion 14, and urging member 36 for urging the slide lock member 13. When the engagement portion 14 reaches an engagement position where it is engaged with the retaining portion 16 at the time when the female and male connectors are completely fitted together, the slide lock member 13 is automatically moved by the urging member 36, so that the retaining portion 16 is engaged with the engagement portion 14.
