    摘要: Disclosed is an ink composition which comprises water, an anionic dye, and a compound selected from the group consisting of N,N'-bis(3-aminopropyl)-1,2-ethylenediamine, 1,4-bis(3-aminopropyl)piperazine, N,N'-bis(3-aminopropyl)-1,3-propanediamine, N,N'-bis(2-amionethyl)-1,3-propanediamine, N,N'-bis(3-aminopropyl)-1,4-butanediamine, ethylenediamine, diethylenetriamine, triethylenetetramine, tetraethylenepentamine, nitrilotrisethylamine, N,N'-(diaminoethyl)piperazine, piperazinylethylethylenediamine, aminoethyltriethylenetetramine, aminoethylpiperazinylethylethylenediamine, piperazinylethyldiethylenetriamine, pentaethylene hexamine and mixtures thereof, said ink composition having a pH of more than about 8 and less than about 9. Further disclosed is an ink composition comprises water, a dye, a polyamine compound, and a monoamine compound of the general formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, and R.sup.3 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, and substituted alkyl. In one embodiment, the polyamine compound is a first generation dendrimer compound having terminal primary amine groups.

    摘要: Disclosed is an ink composition consisting essentially of water, a colorant, an organic component miscible with water, and micelles which comprise an ethoxylated alcohol. Also disclosed is a process for preparing an aqueous ink composition which comprises (a) admixing an ethoxylated alcohol with a water-miscible organic liquid at a temperature at or above the melting point of the ethoxylated alcohol to prepare a saturated solution of the ethoxylated alcohol in the organic liquid; (b) cooling the solution thus formed, thereby obtaining a solid solution with a melting point of from about 30.degree. to about 80.degree. C.; (c) admixing the saturated solution thus prepared with a mixture containing water and a water soluble dye at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the ethoxylated alcohol solution, thereby resulting in an ink composition containing micelles which comprise the ethoxylated alcohol. Further disclosed is an ink jet printing process which comprises incorporating into an ink jet printing apparatus an ink composition which comprises water, a colorant, an organic component miscible with water, and micelles which comprise an ethoxylated alcohol, and causing droplets of the ink composition to be ejected in an imagewise pattern onto a substrate.

    摘要: A crosslinked lactic acid polymer composition containing (i) a macromer comprising (i-a) a flexible segment produced by the condensation of two or more compounds selected from the group consisting of lactones, furans, epoxies, isocyanates, anhydrides, dianhydrides, alcohols, diols, triols, carboxylic acids, dicarboxylic acids, tricarboxylic acids, esters, diesters, triesters, ethers, diethers, and triethers; and (ii) a lactic acid polymer produced by the condensation of a lactic acid monomer ordimer selected from the group consisting of D-lactic acid, L-lactic acid, D,L-lactic acid, L,L-lactide, D,D-lactide, and D,L-laclide; wherein the macromer and the lactic acid polymer contain carbon-carbon single-bond crosslinks. The macromer may further contain (i-b) a lactic acid segment produced by the condensation of a lactic acid monomer or dimer selected from the group consisting of D-lactic acid, L-lactic acid, D,L-lactic acid, L,L-lactide, D,D- lactide, and D,L-lactide with a polytunctional monomer selected from the group consisting of dianhydrides, diols, triols, dicarboxylic acids, and tricarboxylic acids.     摘要: A process for producing alpha-amylase resistant starch comprises extruding a feed starch at a temperature in the range of about 60-220° C., thereby producing a product alpha-amylase resistant starch. The feed starch can be in the form of an aqueous slurry or paste that has a dry solids concentration of at least about 50% by weight. The process optionally can include the additional step of heating the product starch to a temperature of at least about 90° C. in the presence of moisture, to increase further the alpha-amylase resistance of the product.
