摘要: A method of forming a three-dimensional object is carried out by: (a) providing a carrier and an optically transparent member having a build surface, the carrier and the build surface defining a build region therebetween; (b) filling the build region with a polymerizable liquid, the polymerizable liquid comprising a mixture of: (i) a light polymerizable liquid first component, and (ii) a second solidifiable component that is different from the first component; (c) irradiating the build region with light through the optically transparent member to form a solid blocked polymer scaffold and advancing the carrier away from the build surface to form a three-dimensional intermediate having the same shape as, or a shape to be imparted to, the three-dimensional object, with the intermediate containing the second solidifiable component; and then (d) solidifying and/or curing the second solidifiable component to form from said three-dimensional intermediate the three-dimensional object.

摘要: The present document describes a polyamide hot-melt resin having a chemical structure consisting of dimerized fatty acids and diamines, loaded with an active ingredient. The dimerized fatty acids may have 12 to 24 carbons and the diamines may have 2 to 14 carbons. The amine residual functional groups and acid residual functional groups within the polyamide hot-melt resin may have a [NH2]/[COOH] molar ratio below 5, and the active ingredient may be incorporated in quantities of between about 0.01 and about 55% by weight of weight of the resin. The present document also describes items molded from the polyamide hot-melt resins, and processes of preparing the polyamide hot-melt resins.

摘要: A method of forming a three-dimensional object of polyurethane, polyurea, or copolymer thereof is carried out by: (a) providing a carrier and an optically transparent member having a build surface, the carrier and the build surface defining a build region therebetween; (b) filling the build region with a polymerizable liquid, the polymerizable liquid including at least one of: (i) a blocked or reactive blocked prepolymer, (ii) a blocked or reactive blocked diisocyanate, or (iii) a blocked or reactive blocked diisocyanate chain extender; (c) irradiating the build region with light through the optically transparent member to form a solid blocked polymer scaffold and advancing the carrier away from the build surface to form a three-dimensional intermediate having the same shape as, or a shape to be imparted to, the three-dimensional object, with the intermediate containing the chain extender; and then (d) heating or microwave irradiating the three-dimensional intermediate sufficiently to form from the three-dimensional intermediate the three-dimensional object of polyurethane, polyurea, or copolymer thereof.

Associative polymers herein described have a non-polar backbone and functional groups presented at ends of the non-polar backbone, with a number of the functional groups presented at the ends of the non-polar backbone formed by associative functional groups capable of undergoing an associative interaction with another associative functional group with an association constant (k) such that the strength of each associative interaction is less than the strength of a covalent bond between atoms and in particular less than the strength of a covalent bond between backbone atoms.

摘要: A polymerizable liquid, or resin, useful for the production by additive manufacturing of a three-dimensional object of polyurethane, polyurea, or a copolymer thereof, is described. The resin includes at least one of (i) a blocked or reactive blocked prepolymer, (ii) a blocked or reactive blocked diisocyanate, or (iii) a blocked or reactive blocked diisocyanate chain extender.

摘要: The composition described herein for the prevention of corrosion comprises: sacrificial metal particles more noble than a metal substrate to which the composition contacts; carbonaceous material that can form electrical contact between the sacrificial metal particles; and means for providing an anticorrosion coating material for the metal substrate. The composition can form a coating on a metal substrate surface. A method for applying the composition for the prevention of corrosion is also described herein.

摘要: The present invention relates to an LED lamp forming material with an outstanding weather resistance performance and a reliable seal performance, and also relates to a light-pervious waterproof LED lamp manufactured by the LED lamp forming material. A lamp forming mold is prepared according to a shape of the light-pervious waterproof damp required by a user, a circuit board including a driving circuit and an LED light source is suspended within a molding cavity of the LED lamp forming mold, a PVC paste or a modified PVC paste is injected into the molding cavity, heating is performed for 15 to 30 minutes, the PVC paste or the modified PVC paste within the molding cavity of the LED lamp is solidified, the solidified LED waterproof lamp is taken out of the molding cavity, so as to obtain the light-pervious waterproof LED lamp.
