    摘要: An enclosed hose reel 10 consists of a spool and two enclosure halves 14 comprising the frame 16. The power spring 18 is contained in the spool 12. Tension on the power spring 18 is transmitted to the frame 16 via a shaft 20 with a spring 30 loaded ratchet 22. The ratchet mechanism 24 engages the frame 16 via protrusions 26 that fit into cutouts 28 within the enclosure 14. The protrusions and cutouts 28 are designed so that a clockwise rotation is allowed to increase the tension of the power spring 18.

    摘要: A hose reel 10 is supported by a mounting bracket 12 which can be attached on a vertical or horizontal surface and allow for 180 degrees of motion to allow the hose reel 10 to automatically swivel in the direction the hose 14 is being pulled. The bracket mechanism 16 consists of integral mounting bosses 18 on the hose reel enclosures 20, a mounting bracket 12, a tube 22 and a constraint device 24 on the tube 22. The mounting bosses 18 on the hose reel enclosures 20 are designed to orient and constrain the mounting tube 22 to allow for the tube to be installed from either end of the hose reel. The constraining device 24 on the tube 22 locks into an integral opening 26 in the mounting bosses 18 to prevent tube 22 displacement in either direction.

    摘要: An intelligent control system for a high-voltage switch and a control method thereof. The control system includes a control terminal (10) and a plurality of high-voltage switches (21-1, 21-2, . . . , 21-n-1, 21-n), each of which is controlled by an executive terminal (11-1, 11-2, . . . , 11-n-1, 11-n) respectively, wherein the executive terminal is connected to the control terminal via a communication network. The executive terminal includes a current detecting module (5), an analog/digital conversion module (4), a second communication module (2), a calculation processing module (3), a first communication module (1) and a switch control module (6) which controls the switch in real-time. The current detecting module detects a line current value. The analog/digital conversion module converts the line current value into a digital current value. The first and second communication modules are for communication. The calculation processing module compares digital current values and sends an alarm signal to the control terminal, or sends a tripping order to the high-voltage switch while sending an alarm signal to the control terminal.
