摘要： A two-for-one twisting or cabling spindle apparatus (1) with a supply bobbin (4) mounted on a pot base (2) of a stationary protective pot (3) and a spindle (6) arranged below the protective pot (3) to guide a yarn (5) to be processed during a twisting or cabling process. The spindle (6) is rotatably mounted by a lower bearing device (7) in a bearing housing (9) fixed on a spindle rail (8) and an upper bearing device (11) mounted to the stationary protective pot (3). The largest diameter (d) of the rotatably mounted spindle (6) is at least 10% less than the diameter (D) of a touching line (23) of the pot base (2) of the stationary protective pot (3) with the yarn (5).

摘要： A creel is provided with two insert pegs that are mounted on a retainer secured to a machine frame that is pivotable between a lower loading station and an upper loading position. The creel also includes a yarn guide element with a longitudinal opening whose length substantially corresponds to the vertical spacing between the axes of the insert pegs such that the ends of the longitudinal opening can be brought into a position lying substantially on the extension of the insert peg axes. Two elongate guide organs are mounted on the side of the yarn guide element and each has a yarn eye opening. The creel further includes a yarn retaining organ located between the insert pegs at a lateral spacing from the plane defined by the insert peg axes and whose retaining force lies under the withdrawal force by which the yarn is drawn off a feed package.

Part of the compressed air feed to the injector element is formed by the feed bore. The compressed air feed comprises a connection element (27) with a curved air channel (26), which connects the feed bore (24) to the injector element (16). The connection element (27) is configured as a separate component and the air channel (26) is adapted to the flow requirements.

The yarn inlet and outlet openings (2, 3) are arranged such that the yarn (14) must change direction, and the yarn treatment chamber (21 has yarn deflection means (12) to guide the yarn (14) between the yarn inlet and outlet openings (2, 3).
