    摘要: A bearing arrangement for supporting a universal joint trunnion in an outer cup includes a radial bearing having cylindrical rolling elements disposed between the trunnion and the outer cup, and a resistance member made of a material to allow elastic deformation and bearing upon a confronting surface area of an end surface of the trunnion. The resistance member and the trunnion are hereby so configured either alone or in combination as to form a large lubricant reservoir. Disposed at a distance to the end surface of the trunnion is a stop member to define an axial gap, whereby the stop member inhibits an axial movement of the trunnion after the trunnion has moved in axial direction to close the gap.

    摘要: A displacement joint includes an outer joint part having circumferentially spaced recesses to form tracks. A tripod is mounted in fixed rotative engagement to a driveshaft and includes a tripod spider which has spherical arms spaced circumferentially in symmetric disposition for engaging the recesses. Roller bearing assemblies are fitted in the outer joint part to support the tripod arms, with each tripod arm guided by two roller bearing assemblies. Each roller bearing assembly has a bearing shell, which receives the tripod arm, rolling members fitted with clearance in a cage and disposed between the track of the outer joint part and a contact surface of the bearing shell. The cage is guided by shoulders of the outer joint part, which laterally bound the track, wherein the cage has opposite collars in parallel relationship to the shoulders for providing an axial stop for the rolling members and the bearing shell.

In order to seal an annular gap, which is produced between the journal and the universal joint bush, a sealing ring is provided which encloses radially outwardly directed sealing lips.     摘要: A displacement joint includes an outer joint part having circumferentially spaced recesses to form tracks.     摘要: The sealing arrangement for a bearing bushing includes a reinforced seal (2) which is arranged in force-fitting manner against the inner wall (4) of the bearing bushing (1). The reinforcement (3) of the seal (2) forms a radially inwardly directed arm (14) for attachment of a rotary shaft seal (8) which is disposed between the arm (14) and the rolling bodies (7). The seal (2) is further provided with a sealing lip (15) which faces away from the rotary shaft seal (8) and is supported by a sealing element (5). The sealing element (5) assumes the function of a protective cap and of anterior seal and includes a reinforcement ring (16) having an arm (17) circumscribing an end zone (19) of the bearing bushing (1). A radially inwardly directed flange (18) of the reinforcement ring (16) is rubberized on an end face. The rubber packing (22) further circumscribes the free end of the flange (18) and is secured in fixed rotative engagement to the pin (6).

    摘要: A universal joint or a pivot pin cross with a universal joint pivot pin. A bearing bush seal is fastened to the universal joint pivot pin and absorbs an axially directed force. A universal joint is to be provided which is simple and can be manufactured inexpensively, which makes no compromises with respect to the sealing effect. For this purpose, a bearing bush seal is provided which deflects an axially directed force into a radial direction. This makes an axial stop at the universal joint pivot pin unnecessary. Moreover, manufacturing the bearing bush seal and the accommodation thereof at the universal joint pivot pin are accomplished in a single manufacturing step.
