摘要: A high-strength quenched formed article has a zinc plating layer which is formed at a post-quenching formed steel sheet surface, and which contains 30 g/m2 or more of a phase that contains 5% or more by mass but 30% or less by mass of Fe, and which also contains 0.15% or more by mass but less than 2% by mass of at least one of Al and Si in a separate fashion or a composite fashion, and contains Zn, which makes up substantially a rest portion of the zinc plating layer, and an inevitable impurity, wherein the high-strength quenched formed article has a high-strength portion having a post-quenching-formation tensile strength of 1000 MPa or more, and a low-strength portion having a post-quenching-formation tensile strength of 800 MPa or less.

摘要: A conveyor for guiding and conveying a plurality of sheet-shaped thin plates in rows arranged side by side to a welding position at which ends of the adjacent thin plates are butted and welded to each other, includes a plurality of conveying paths, which are adjacent to each other, having different conveying surfaces which are placed on a same horizontal plane, and a guide unit disposed between the adjacent two conveying paths for guiding the thin plates on one of the conveying paths with respect to another one thereof toward the welding position. Each of the conveying paths is composed of a plurality conveying rollers, and the guide unit includes guide rollers each having a guide surface for guiding the thin plate on the one of the conveying paths in a state that the thin plate on the one conveying path is partially depressed with respect to the another one of the conveying path.

摘要: In the interior of a brake drum, the arrangement space in the rotational axis direction of the brake drum is spacious in comparison with that in the direction orthogonal to the rotational axis direction in which an anchor portion, hub components on the vehicle body side and the like are arranged. An electric parking brake device is provided with the anchor portion that supports respective one ends of brake shoes. A parking lever is pivotally moved by a drive unit operated by an electric motor for pushing the brake shoes toward the brake drum. The anchor portion and the drive unit are arranged to be piled up in the rotational axis direction of the brake drum which is spacious in comparison with the direction orthogonal to the rotational axis direction.

摘要: A disc rotor for a disc brake which is designed to make it difficult to cause brake squeal includes inner and outer discs, and first and second radially extending long holes formed in the outer and inner discs. The angular intervals between the long holes are made to differ between the outer disc and the inner disc, and two vibration modes are produced to interfere with each other during braking operation by which the occurrence of a steady-state vibration mode is restrained. In addition fins are provided between the two discs, with the fins including several fins arranged to reinforce both the inner and outer discs.
