    摘要: A liquid crystal display device having a liquid crystal display panel, which includes a pair of substrates, liquid crystal sandwiched between the substrates, a plurality of sub pixels, each sub pixel including a transmissive portion and a reflective portion, a light blocking film formed on one of the substrates, color filters formed on the one substrate, a leveling film formed on the light blocking film and the color filters, an orientation film formed on the leveling film, a retardation film formed on the orientation film at portions corresponding to the reflective portions of the respective sub pixels, and a protective film formed on the retardation film. The orientation film extends at least from the reflective portion to the transmissive portion, the protective film covers the retardation film and a region of the orientation film, the region of the orientation film is a region where the retardation film is not formed.

    摘要: Provided is a capacitance type touch panel, including: X electrodes which are arranged in parallel in a first direction; Y electrodes which are arranged in parallel in a second direction; and extraction wirings which are connected to one end portions of the Y electrodes, respectively. Each of the extraction wirings is connected to a terminal corresponding to the each of the extraction wirings, the terminal being formed at one side of the substrate.     摘要: A touch panel includes a plurality of first electrodes, a plurality of second electrodes, and a plurality of wirings. Each of the plurality of first electrodes has a first portion formed on a layer different from that on which the second electrodes are formed and intersecting the second electrodes, and a second portion formed on the same layer as that on which the second electrodes are formed, but separated from the second electrode. The second electrode and the second portion of the first electrode are formed on a layer upper than the layer where the wiring is formed. The first portion of the first electrode is connected to the second portion in a contact hole formed on an insulating film between the first portion and the second electrode, and formed on the same layer on which the wiring is formed.

    摘要: An electronic component that reduces resistance and prevents occurrence of an edge effect, includes a laminated body formed by stacking insulator layers. Conductor layers are linear conductors, and define coils included in the laminated body. The conductor layers face each other, with the insulator layer interposed therebetween, and allow signals of substantially the same phase to pass therethrough. The conductor layers define regions, each having a shape which decreases in thickness in the z-axis direction with increasing distance from a center thereof in a line width direction.
