摘要: An electronic component that reduces resistance and prevents occurrence of an edge effect, includes a laminated body formed by stacking insulator layers. Conductor layers are linear conductors, and define coils included in the laminated body. The conductor layers face each other, with the insulator layer interposed therebetween, and allow signals of substantially the same phase to pass therethrough. The conductor layers define regions, each having a shape which decreases in thickness in the z-axis direction with increasing distance from a center thereof in a line width direction.

摘要: A laminate defining a high-frequency laminated component includes a ground electrode on a bottom surface of a lowermost insulating layer. A second insulating layer includes an inner-layer ground electrode arranged over substantially the entire surface thereof. A portion from a third insulating layer to a fifth insulating layer is provided with a capacitor electrode defining a series capacitor of a ground impedance adjustment circuit and capacitor electrodes defining a first parallel capacitor and a second parallel capacitor. A sixth insulating layer has an inner-layer ground electrode provided over substantially the entire surface thereof. The inner-layer ground electrodes are arranged in electrical continuity with the ground electrode by via holes.

摘要: In a multilayer band-pass filter, each of first-stage to third-stage LC parallel resonators includes capacitor electrodes, via electrodes, and a line electrode. Jump-coupling capacitor electrodes face the capacitor electrodes of the first-stage and third-stage LC parallel resonators. The direction in which the inductor electrode extends from the capacitor electrodes of each of the first-stage and third-stage LC parallel resonators is opposite to the direction in which the inductor electrode extends from the capacitor electrodes of the second-stage LC parallel resonator.

摘要: A multilayer bandpass filter that is capable of preventing variations in filter characteristics caused by variations in electrode formation, etc., is easily reduced in size, and performs predetermined impedance conversion between an input and an output, includes a first common electrode and a second common electrode disposed on a dielectric layer, and capacitor electrodes are disposed on a dielectric layer. An input/output terminal lead-out electrode is disposed on a dielectric layer, input/output terminal lead-out electrodes are disposed on a dielectric layer, and line electrodes are disposed on a dielectric layer. Via electrodes are formed to establish conduction in the layering direction between individual electrode patterns disposed on the plural dielectric layers. Three LC parallel resonators are constructed with such an arrangement, and respective line lengths of the line electrodes are gradually changed in order to convert the impedance between the input and the output.

摘要: In a laminated band-pass filter, a capacitance is formed between a ground electrode of a ground electrode formation layer and each of capacitor electrodes of capacitor electrode formation layers. An even number of LC parallel resonators is arranged such that via electrodes and line electrodes define a plurality of inductor electrodes and, when viewed in a direction in which the inductor electrodes are arranged, the surfaces of the loops of the inductor electrodes overlap each other at least partially. The loops defined by the inductor electrodes of neighboring LC parallel resonators have opposite directions. The capacitor electrodes have a shape and distribution or arrangement having point symmetry in plan view.

摘要: A multilayer filter includes a laminate including a plurality of dielectric layers stacked on each other. Inner layer electrodes and outer terminals are provided in the laminate. A second coil electrode constituting a balanced-side inductor is defined by one of the inner layer electrodes. The second coil electrode has a coiled shape, and includes a first end connected to a first coil electrode through a via electrode and a second end connected to a third coil electrode through a via electrode. The second coil electrode is connected at a predetermined position along the winding direction thereof to a ground terminal, as one of the outer terminals, through an electrode for connection to a ground. The position where the ground connection electrode is connected to the second coil electrode is determined based on a balance characteristic in the balanced terminal side.

摘要: A multilayer filter includes a laminate including a plurality of dielectric layers stacked on each other. Inner layer electrodes and outer terminals are provided in the laminate. First and second balanced-side capacitors connected in series between first and second balanced terminals are defined by the inner layer electrodes. An inner-layer plate electrode not connected to any outer terminals is provided on the first dielectric layer. A first plate electrode connected to the first balanced terminal and a second plate electrode connected to the second balanced terminal are provided on the second dielectric layer in opposing relation to the inner-layer plate electrode. The inner-layer plate electrode and the first plate electrode and the first dielectric layer constitute the first balanced-side capacitor, and the inner-layer plate electrode and the second plate electrode and the first dielectric layer constitute the second balanced-side capacitor.

Capacitances are generated between a ground electrode on a ground electrode forming layer and capacitor electrodes on a capacitor electrode forming layer, a plurality of inductor electrodes are defined by via electrodes and the line electrodes, and portions of respective loop surfaces of the inductor electrodes overlap with one another when viewed from a direction of arrangement of the inductor electrodes. Furthermore, a line electrode is arranged on a first line electrode forming layer and line electrodes are arranged on a second line electrode forming layer.

Two substantially U-shaped line electrodes are provided on a fourth dielectric layer. Two substantially crank-shaped line electrodes are provided on a fifth dielectric layer. Six via electrodes arranged to connect ends of respective line electrodes are provided on the third, fourth, and fifth dielectric layers. These via electrodes and line electrodes constitute electrodes of a double helix structure.

The first coil and the first capacitor constitute an LC resonator.
