摘要: A high-strength, high damage-resistant rail made of 0.6 to 0.85 wt % C, 0.1 to 1.0 wt % Si, 0.5 to 1.5 wt % Mn, 0.035 wt % or less P, 0.040 wt % or less S, and 0.05 wt % or less Al, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities, and having corner and head side portions having a Brinell hardness of 341 to 405, and a head top portion in which a Brinell hardness of a site 20-mm distant from the central portion of the head top portion in a width direction is 341 to 405, and a hardness of the central portion of the head top portion is at least 10 lower in Brinell hardness than that of the site 20-mm distant from the central portion.

摘要: A high-strength, damage-resistant rail characterized by essentially consists of 0.60 to 0.85 wt. % of C, 0.1 to 1.0 wt. % of Si, 0.5 to 1.5 wt. % of Mn, not more than 0.035 wt. % of P, not more than 0.040 wt. % of S, and not more than 0.05 wt. % of Al, a balance being Fe and indispensable impurity. The rail comprises corner and head side portions having a Brinell hardness H.sub.B of 341 to 405 and a head top portion having a hardness which is not more than 0.9 of the Brinell hardness of the corner and head side portions.

摘要: Fuel economy of a vehicle is improved by enlarging a low line pressure region of mapped data (hydraulic pressure control characteristics) on the basis of temperature of hydraulic oil. The mapped data of line pressure set to any of high pressure/low pressure regions on the basis of an engine load are stored in a storage section 101. A determining section 103 determines, on the basis of temperature of the hydraulic oil detected by an ATF temperature sensor 18, whether the mapped data the low pressure region is shifted in an enlarged direction or not, and a state determining section 104 determines whether a throttle valve opening degree TH of the vehicle is totally closed or not or whether the line pressure is currently set to low line pressure or not. In the case where the low pressure region is shifted in the enlarged direction and the throttle valve opening degree TH is totally closed or the line pressure is currently set to the low line pressure, a region changing section 102 changes the low pressure region of the mapped data stored in the storage section 101 so as to be enlarged. Otherwise it prohibits such a change.

摘要: In a seat structure having a side air bag device, a longitudinal groove (36) is formed in a seat back pad (14) along the longitudinal direction of the seat back pad, and an insert wire (40) which holds a seat outer cover, is embedded in the longitudinal groove (36). Bent portions (44) are formed in portions of the insert wire (40), which portions oppose the air bag device. Each of the bent portions (44) is bent in a substantially U-shaped configuration, and a slab pad (46) is wound around an outer peripheral portion of a base portion (44A) of each bent portion. Further, the bent portions (44) of the insert wire (40) are each provided to extend rearwardly and diagonally toward the inner side of a seat back (10) so that the embedded length of the insert wire (40) embedded in the seat back pad (14) is made longer, and adverse influences on riding comfort are thereby suppressed.

摘要: A noise filter of the present invention includes an inductor and a resistor connected in parallel with each other. A power supply frequency current does not pass the resistor but passes through the inductor with no loss. On the other hand, a high frequency noise current including a resonance frequency current, does not pass the inductor but is dissipated at the resistor. Therefore, the noise filter does not charge noise power and so does not suffer from a problem due to power discharging. The resonance frequency current caused by the noise filter and the earth capacitance is also dissipated at the resistor. Therefore, no problem is caused by the resonance frequency current.

摘要: Mapped data of line pressure set to any of high pressure/low pressure regions on the basis of an engine load are stored in a storage section. 摘要: A control device for a lockup clutch is provided in which when control region determination means (M3) determines that a vehicle speed detected by a vehicle speed sensor (Sc) and an opening degree of an accelerator pedal detected by an accelerator pedal opening degree sensor (Sd) are in the tight region of the lockup clutch, even if the water temperature of cooling water of the engine detected by a water temperature sensor (Sa) or the oil temperature of hydraulic oil of the transmission detected by an oil temperature sensor (Sb) is less than a predetermined temperature, engagement permission means (M2) permits engagement of the lockup clutch, and therefore, it is possible to contribute to an improvement of the fuel economy by increasing the frequency of engagement of the lockup clutch without affecting the function of the lockup clutch. Since, in the tight region where the lockup clutch is completely engaged, the engagement responsiveness does not matter very much, there is no problem even if the lockup clutch is engaged at the time of low temperature when the engagement responsiveness is low because the oil temperature of the hydraulic oil is low and the viscosity is high.

摘要: A control device for a lockup clutch is provided in which when control region determination device determines that a vehicle speed and an opening degree of an accelerator pedal are in the tight region of the lockup clutch, even if the water temperature of cooling water of the or the oil temperature of hydraulic oil of the transmission is less than a predetermined temperature, engagement permission device permits engagement of the lockup clutch. It is therefore possible to improve the fuel economy of the vehicle by increasing the frequency of engagement of the lockup clutch without affecting the function of the lockup clutch. The control device even functions when the lockup clutch is engaged at low temperatures, when the engagement responsiveness is low, because the oil temperature of the hydraulic oil is low and the viscosity is high.
