    摘要： An image formation apparatus that has a webpage viewing function includes a job receiver that receives a job execution instruction from a user terminal, a job analyzer that analyzes the received job execution instruction, a job executor that executes a job based on a result of the analysis, and a job registration part that, if the received job execution instruction includes URL information specifying a webpage, registers user identification information pertaining to a user who issued the job execution instruction and the URL information included therein in correspondence with each other such that the webpage can be viewed with use of the URL information.

    摘要： A multifunction peripheral that can set appropriate criteria of security levels for another device, and improves usability while lowering a risk of data alteration, information leakage and the like by including a holding part 11 holding therein security criteria set for the image processing functions in one-to-one correspondence; a receiver 12 that receives, from an external terminal, a request for an access that is necessary for executing at least one of the image processing functions; an acquisition part 13 that acquires, from the external terminal, security information that is a security indicator regarding the access from the external terminal; a judgment part 15 that judges whether or not one of the security criteria set for the at least one of the image processing functions is met, based on the acquired security information; an access controller 16 that permits the access if the judgment part 15 judges affirmatively, and prohibits the access or permit the access with a limitation if the judgment part 15 judges negatively; and an execution part 19 that executes the at least one of the image processing functions, if the access controller permits the access.

    摘要： An image processing system and a software program which simplify customizations when a program for operations in connection with image processing is installed in a plural number of image processing apparatuses. When a program for operations in connection with image processing is newly installed in a first MFP, the first MFP makes an inquiry to other MFPs which are connected to the first MFP via a network. When a second MFP is already installed with the same program and has information on individual users' settings for the program, the first MFP receives the setting information from the second MFP. Then, referring to history information and device information, the first MFP judges whether to store the setting information therein and whether to make modifications to the setting information.
