摘要: A control valve controls the displacement of a variable displacement type compressor. The compressor has a crank chamber, a bleed passage, and a supply passage. An outlet valve portion located on the bleed passage to control the opening of the bleed passage. An inlet valve portion is located on the supply passage to control the opening of the supply passage. A transmission rod extends between the outlet valve portion and the inlet valve portion to connect the outlet valve portion to the inlet valve portion. The transmission rod moves axially. A through hole is located in the inlet valve portion to receive a part of the transmission rod. The through hole constitutes a part of the supply passage. A clearance is formed between the transmission rod and the through hole to constantly connect the discharge pressure zone to the crank chamber.

摘要: Provided is a solenoid valve stable in response performance, whose quickness and damping performance are appropriate. In the solenoid valve, a respiration port (46) to be used for flowing fluid into and out from a space located on one side of a plunger (24) that faces the spool (60) is formed in an end portion of a valve sleeve (41) that faces a solenoid case (21). Further, in the solenoid valve, a respiration groove (66) is formed on the spool (60), wherein the respiration groove (66) causes the space located on the one side of the plunger (24) facing the spool (60), and the respiration port (46) to communicate with each other when an end portion of the spool (60) that faces the plunger (24), and an end portion of a center post (27) that faces the spool (60) are in contact with each other with the spool (60) having been put in the nearest possible position to the plunger (24). This configuration makes it possible to discharge, with an appropriate level of flow-channel resistance, fluid placed in the space located on the side of the plunger (24) facing the spool (60). Therefore, slowdown of the response performance does not occur, and appropriate damping performance is ensured.

摘要: A solenoid valve (10) for use in an electronic shift control system of an automotive automatic transmission. The solenoid valve includes a body (12) having a cylindrical chamber (34) in which a movable armature (34) is slidably received and which is in communication with an inlet (96) for the automatic transmission fluid and an outlet (104). The body defines a cylindrical valve seat (88) in which a cylindrical valve member (90) coupled to the armature is slidably fitted. The valve member has a control port (92) opening onto the circumferential outer surface thereof and an inner passage (94) communicating the control port with the inlet (96). The solenoid valve is operable to control the fluid pressure substantially proportionally to the axial movement of the armature even in a condition in which a large amount of air bubbles are contained in the automatic transmission fluid.

摘要: The solenoid valve (10) has an armature chamber (38) communicated with the outlets (86) of the valve to receive feed of fluid. The fluid in the chamber (38) is drained through drain passages (96) which are arranged to open into the chamber (38) at a location radially outwardly offset from the axis of the valve. The flow of fluid flowing into the chamber (38) is directly transferred to the drain passages (96) to thereby wash ferrous particles away from the magnetic gap to self-clean the gap each time the valve is opened. A spacer (62) made of a non-magnetizable material covers the upper end face of the armature (36) to prevent accumulation of ferrous particles.
