摘要： An electroproportional pressure control valve of cartridge-type construction is screwed into a housing bore of a hydrostatic pump. The cartridge includes an adjusting pressure port, a pump port, and a tank port. The adjusting pressure port is relieved to the tank port in a normal position of a spring-biased valve plunger of the pressure control valve. A connection from the pump port to the adjusting pressure port is opened counter to the force of the spring by increasing a current of an electromagnet and increasing the pump pressure at the pump port. The spring, the electromagnet, and the resultant force of the pump pressure act along a common axis of movement of the valve plunger. A first nozzle connects the adjusting pressure port to an adjusting pressure chamber. A second nozzle connects the adjusting pressure port to the tank port.

The valve may have a valve block, a central bore formed in the valve block, an actuator passage formed in the valve block and intersecting with the central bore, and at least one of a supply and a drain passage. The valve may also have a control spool movable to selectively connect the actuator passage and the at least one of the supply passage and the drain passage. The control spool may have a base end, and a tip end with a tapered outer surface. The valve may also have a first actuator configured to selectively direct pilot fluid to the tip end of the control spool, and a second actuator configured to selectively direct pilot fluid to the base end of the control spool. Each of the first and second actuators may have a primary axis oriented generally orthogonal to an axis of the control spool, and may be located at opposing sides of the control spool.

The male-female joint provides contact points which can reduce lateral offset and inclination. The projection and the recess provides two or more force transmitting points from the plunger to the cup shaft, when the projection and the recess are inclined with each other. The force transmitting points are located about the central axis of the spool in a distributed manner.

The piezoelectric valve includes: a valve body; a valve unit; a plate-shaped piezoelectric element; an insulation stick for insulating the piezoelectric element; an adjustment bolt attached to the valve body with the insulation stick fitted over the bolt; an elastic body elastically supporting the insulation stick; an adjustment nut tightened to the adjustment bolt for moving along the bolt by rotation of the bolt so as to displace the insulation stick and an end of the piezoelectric element by pushing the insulation stick; and an adjuster for moving the adjustment nut along the adjustment bolt by a pivoting of the adjustment bolt, thereby adjusting a pushing force of the insulation stick. The piezoelectric valve can reduce economic loss in manufactured valves because the valve flow rate can be adjusted even after assembling the valve body.
