摘要： A method for producing a sheet or film of a transparent synthetic resin, which comprises discharging onto a continuous substrate moving in one direction a synthetic resin material for the transparent synthetic resin from a discharge die having a linear outlet extending perpendicular to the moving direction of the substrate, casting and curing or solidifying the resin material on the substrate to form a sheet or film of the transparent synthetic resin, wherein the discharge die is continuously or intermittently reciprocated in a direction substantially perpendicular to the moving direction of the substrate.

摘要： A process for making a glazing product which includes forming a gasket on a sheet of bilayer glass with a self healing transparent elastic plastic layer bonded to one side of the glass. A removable protective material is applied to the plastic layer. The assembly is placed in a mold cavity and a plastic material is injected into the mold cavity to form a gasket. The protective material is removed from the plastic layer after the gasket has formed.

摘要： Transparent or translucent laminated safety glass having an at least two-layered structure, in which one outer layer is a relatively soft synthetic resin layer and the other outer layer is a hard substrate layer, characterized in that said relatively soft synthetic resin layer comprises: a surface layer of a reformed polyurethane type thermoplastic resin obtained by impregnating a polymerizable compound containing a polymerizable unsaturated group into a polyurethane type thermoplastic resin and polymerizing the compound; and an inner layer of a polyurethane type thermoplastic resin which is continuous or non-continuous with said surface layer.
