摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a durable excellent stain-proofing property to the surface of a coating formed on a substrate surface of a building board without deteriorating the surface of the coating. The present invention also, provides a stain-proofing agent containing silica fine particles, an aqueous solvent and, as a stain-proofing improver, an alkali metal compound and/or an alkaline earth metal compound and/or a phosphorus compound and/or a clay mineral. The present invention also provides a building board having an excellent stain-proofing property prepared by applying a coating composition onto the surface of a substrate to form a coat, and then applying a stain-proofing agent onto the coat while the coat is in an unhardened state or applying a stain-proofing agent onto the coat after subjecting the coat to a roughening treatment to enhance the adhesion of the stain-proofing layer to the coat.

摘要: The present invention provides a bearing wall with a low specific gravity of as low as 1.0 or less and a wall-magnification of 2.5 or more, which is excellent in strength, fire-safety, workability, dimensional stability, freezing resistance, water resistance and earthquake resistance, and a method for manufacturing the board. The board is produced by a method that contains the steps of: preparing a slurry by dispersing a cement-based hydraulic material, a fiber reinforcing material and a lightweight aggregate into water, adding a saturated carboxylic acid to the slurry, and then forming the slurry into a sheet, dehydrating the sheet, pressing the sheet and curing the sheet. The fiber reinforcing material includes a refined fiber with a freeness of 650 ml or less and an unrefined fiber and the saturated carboxylic acid is preferably a stearic acid-based carboxylic acid or a succinic acid-based carboxylic acid.

摘要: An object of the invention is to provide an inorganic board excellent in water absorption resistance, dimensional stability and/or frost damage resistance, and a method for producing the same. The inorganic board is produced through the following processes: preparing a slurry by dispersing a cement-based hydraulic material and a refined fiber reinforcing material into water, adding a saturated carboxylic acid to the slurry, and then the slurry is subjected to the steps of sheetmaking, dehydration, pressing and curing. The inorganic board comprising a refined fiber reinforcing material at 1-30 weight % based on the total solid content and a saturated carboxylic acid at 0.1-2.0% based on the total solid content.

摘要: A woody formed article, characterized as being produced by admixing a woody material W and, as a binding agent, a fibrous and/or ribbon shaped thermoplastic resin R which is easy to be intertwined with the woody material W, and molding the resultant mixture. The thermoplastic resin R is preferably admixed in a state of being heated and melted. A method for producing a woody formed material, characterized in that it comprises providing a mat M of a raw material mixture Mx of a woody material W and a fibrous and/or ribbon-shaped thermoplastic resin R and subjecting the mat M to heat pressing, or comprises, in admixing the woody material W with the above fibrous thermoplastic resin R, stretching and thinning the resin R by means of a hot wind and/or a cold wind pressure, and admixing homogeneously it with the woody material W by utilizing a negative pressure zone due to the hot wind and/or the cold wind, to prepare a mat M of a raw material mixture Mx, and then subjecting the mat M to pressing.
