    摘要: The present invention is to provide an electric wire protective cap. The protective cap can be formed easily by a resin molding and prevents a seal material from leaking and improves waterproof. The protective cap includes a cap main body with a bottom, and a cover to be fitted to the cap main body and having a hole to insert electric wires. A joint portion of the electric wires is inserted into the cap main body and locked or fixed by the cover. The cover has a locking portion for the joint portion and a locking portion for the cap main body. The cover is an elastic packing material. An outer wall of the cover contacts firmly with an inner wall of the cap main body. The electric wires contact firmly with the hole of the cover. An abutting portion is disposed in the cap main body to prevent the cover from being pulled out. The cover is formed from a disk plate by making a cutout in the hole and overlapping end surfaces of the cutout.

    摘要: The present invention is to provide an electric wire protective cap. The protective cap can be formed easily by a resin molding and prevents a seal material from leaking and improves waterproof. The protective cap includes a cap main body with a bottom, and a cover to be fitted to the cap main body and having a hole to insert electric wires. A joint portion of the electric wires is inserted into the cap main body and locked or fixed by the cover.     摘要: Providing an insulation cap, improving waterproofness of a wire joint of a joined electrical wire, the insulation cap includes a cap main body for receiving the wire joint being ‘formed by’ joining cores of a plurality of covered wires and an electro-conductive sleeve, and a flexible fastener provided on an inner wall of the cap main body for fastening the wire joint by contacting a rear end of the electro-conductive sleeve thereon. The flexible fastener is formed as an integral part of the cap main body by fastening a molding die through a hole provided at an opposite end of a joint insertion end of the cap main body. A plurality of flexible fasteners are provided axial symmetrically to extend toward a direction of inserting the wire joint from a base formed as an integral part of the inner wall of the cap main body.

    摘要: An insulation cap of a wire joint of a joined electrical wire, the insulation cap including a cap main body for receiving the wire joint being formed by joining cores of a plurality of covered wires and an electro-conductive sleeve, and a flexible fastener provided on an inner wall of the cap main body for fastening the wire joint by contacting a rear end of the electro-conductive sleeve thereon. The flexible fastener is formed as an integral part of the cap main body by fastening a molding die through a hole provided at an opposite end of a joint insertion end of the cap main body. A plurality of flexible fasteners are provided axial symmetrically to extend toward a direction of inserting the wire joint from a base formed as an integral part of the inner wall of the cap main body.

The cap has an opening at both ends and receives the joint, the electric cable being in the upper side and the joint being in the lower side. Or, the joint is received in the cap, the sealing material is injected into the cap from the upper opening, and the cap position is reversed. Or, the sealing material is injected into the cap, from the upper opening, the joint is inserted into the cap, and the cap is reversed. A cap holder receives the cap such that the upper and/or lower opening of the cap is covered.

It is utilized that the cap holder receives the cap in the state that the upper and/or lower opening of the cap is covered.
