摘要: The gas sensor includes a sensor element having electrode pads formed in its electrode forming surfaces at the proximal end portion thereof, an insert-holding insulator insert-holding the sensor element, a housing insert-holding the insert-holding insulator, and a terminal unit. The proximal end portion of the sensor element is held by the terminal unit which includes a pair of proximal end insulators formed with metal terminals at their inner surfaces, and a spring member pressing the proximal end insulators in a direction that they approach each other. Each of the proximal end insulators includes an insulator contact portion in contact with one of the electrode forming surfaces. The insulator contact portion is located closer to the proximal end of the sensor element than a terminal contact portion at which the metal terminal contacts a corresponding one of the electrode pads.

摘要: The present invention is to provide an electric wire protective cap. The protective cap can be formed easily by a resin molding and prevents a seal material from leaking and improves waterproof. The protective cap includes a cap main body with a bottom, and a cover to be fitted to the cap main body and having a hole to insert electric wires. A joint portion of the electric wires is inserted into the cap main body and locked or fixed by the cover. The cover has a locking portion for the joint portion and a locking portion for the cap main body. The cover is an elastic packing material. An outer wall of the cover contacts firmly with an inner wall of the cap main body. The electric wires contact firmly with the hole of the cover. An abutting portion is disposed in the cap main body to prevent the cover from being pulled out. The cover is formed from a disk plate by making a cutout in the hole and overlapping end surfaces of the cutout.

摘要: The object of the present invention is to inject a sealing material into a cap receiving an electric cable joint without remaining air bubbles. The cap having an opening at both ends receives an electric cable joint, the electric cable being in the upper side and the joint being in the lower side, the sealing material is injected into the cap from the lower opening. Moreover, the sealing material is injected into the cap having the opening at the top and bottom from the lower opening and the electric cable joint is inserted into the cap from the upper opening. Moreover, the electric cable joint is received in the cap having the opening at both sides, the sealing material is injected into the cap from the upper opening and the cap is reversed up and down to leave. Moreover, the sealing material is injected into the cap having the opening at both sides, from the upper opening and the electric cable joint is inserted into the cap and the cap is reversed up and down to leave. It is utilized that the cap holder receives the cap in the state that the upper and/or lower opening of the cap is covered.
