摘要: An apparatus for draw forming glass filaments includes a melt furnace 1 having a bottom plate 12 with a plurality of flow holes therein, each terminating in a conical nozzle tip 2. Cooling fins 10 extend outwardly from a water pipe 11 and are disposed between the rows of tips, and additional cooling is provided at least during the initial start-up period by air blown across the nozzle tips from a manifold 13 disposed opposite the water pipe. With such an arrangement the flow hole diameters may be increased, which results in an exponential increase in the molten glass flow rate and filament production rate, while still achieving smooth initial and stable continuous filament forming conditions.

摘要: An ink jet printer head which prints by jetting out ink from a nozzle by means of a heating element. The printer head has two ink chambers above the heating element, with a partition plate separating the two ink chambers. There are at least two holes in the partition plate and allow ink to pass therethrough. At least one of the two holes and the nozzle are provided substantially coaxially with the center of the heating element.

摘要: An object is to provide an electric stove which can increase the flexibility of design and further improve thermal efficiency. An electric stove 10 includes electric heating elements 32a and 32b disposed out of positions immediately below objects to be heated 62, partially elliptical mirror sections 16a and 16b reflecting heat rays radiated from the electric heating elements 32a and 32b, and first reflective mirror sections 22a and 22b disposed below the electric heating elements 32a and 32b to gather the heat rays reflected by the partially elliptical mirror sections 16a and 16b towards the lower sides of the objects to be heated 62. The partially elliptical mirror sections 16a and 16b have one foci F1a and F1b in the vicinity of the electric heating elements 32a and 32b, respectively. The partially elliptical mirror sections 16a and 16b are connected to the first reflective mirror sections 22a and 22b, respectively, so that the major axes connecting the one foci F1a and F1b of the partially reflective mirror sections 22a and 22b to the other foci F2a and F2b, respectively, cross the first reflective mirror sections 22a and 22b appropriately at a desired angle Y.

摘要: Two-stage skew adjustment is achieved by first using only the drive force of the platen roller with the pinch roller and the capstan roller drive disrupted by a gap opening mechanism to effect a large skew adjustment. Then, the gap is closed and the platen roller, which has a Teflon-resin coating thereon and a larger diameter than the capstan roller or pinch roller, effects a small skew adjustment. Thereafter, printing is effected by feeding the paper in a reverse direction to register with an inked ribbon feed of a primary ribbon using the platen roller drive and the pinch roller drive with the skew cycle repeated for each ribbon color segment to achieve improved multicolor printing registration.

摘要: The present invention relates to a printer, and more particularly to a heat transfer printer. The printer comprises: a pair of upper and lower chutes for guiding printed paper; an idle roller provided on the upper chute; a paper discharging motor bracket provided on the lower chute; a paper discharging lever rotatably provided on the paper discharging motor bracket; and a paper discharging pulley disposed at a tip of the paper discharging lever, wherein, at the time of discharging the paper, the paper discharging lever is rotated by a driving force of a motor provided on the bracket to cause the paper discharging pulley to project from the lower chute so as to come into contact with the idle roller, while, at the time of printing, the motor is stopped.
