A thermally insulated container of the present invention is a double-walled container in an integral body in which an inner casing is arranged in an outer casing so as to maintain a space therebetween, wherein the space is charged with a gas having a low thermal conductivity, and an opening having a diameter of 0.1 to 3 mm for charging gas in a wall of either of the inner casing and the outer casing is sealed.
