摘要： A heat-sensitive recording material is disclosed. The material comprises a support having provided on the same surface thereof microcapsules containing a basic colorless dye and an organic solvent, and a developer capable of reacting with the basic colorless dye to develop a color, the capsule walls of said microcapsules being impermeable to either of the basic colorless dye and the developer at room temperature but becoming permeable to the colorless dye and/or the developer upon application of heat. The organic solvent is a compound containing at least two benzene rings in the molecule thereof with a total number of at least one hetero atom selected from nitrogen, sulfur, oxygen and phosphorus atoms, if any, being less than 1/10 a total number of carbon atoms of the organic solvent. The material is excellent in preservability before and after recording and is excellent in heat-developability.

摘要： A recording material comprising a support having provided thereon, microcapsules containing a basic leuco dye dissolved in an organic solvent is disclosed. 摘要： A heat-sensitive recording material is disclosed, comprising a support and heat-sensitive recording layer on the support, said layer containing (1) microcapsules containing a basic dye precursor and an organic solvent as the core thereof and (2) a developer capable of forming color on reacting with the basic dye precursor, wherein said microcapsules are produced by the use of a wall-forming substance comprising xylylene diisocyanate or an adduct thereof such that the microcapsule walls are impermeable to both the basic dye precursor and developer at room temperature, but at a temperature of a thermal head during a recording process, become permeable to at least one of the basic dye precursor and developer, thereby permitting formation of a colored image as a result of the reaction between the basic dye precursor and the developer. This material can retain its excellent recording ability for a long period of time; that is, it possesses excellent storage stability, and moreover can produce a recorded image of high storage stability.

摘要： A heat-sensitive recording material comprising a support having provided thereon a heat-sensitive layer containing microcapsules containing at least one diazonium salt capable of azo-coupling with 2-hydroxy-3-naphthoic acid anilide to develop a blue color, a 2-hydroxy-3-naphthoic acid amide derivative, a benzoylacetic amide derivative represented by the following formula and a basic substance: ##STR1## wherein X represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a lower alkyl group or an alkoxy, aralkyloxy, phenoxy or acylamino group having up to 18 carbon atoms; Y represents an alkyl or aralkyl group having from 7 to 18 carbon atoms, an alkoxy, aralkyloxy, phenoxy, naphthyloxy, alkylthio, aralkylthio or phenylthio group having from 6 to 18 carbon atoms, a naphthylthio group, a sulfonyloxy group, a sulfamoyl gorup, a ureido group, a thioureido group or an acylamino group; X' and Y' each represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a lower alkyl group or a lower alkoxy group; and Y and Y' may combine to form a substituted or unsubstituted benzene ring.
