摘要: A fuel cell is provided which can control an optimum fuel concentration according to an output without a sensor for measuring the fuel concentration. The fuel cell uses a liquid organic compound for fuel and includes a membrane-electrode assembly, a passage for allowing fuel or oxidant to flow, a fuel supply unit for supplying the fuel to the fuel cell and intermittently or periodically changing a rate of fuel supply, and a computation processor for measuring a signal of a voltage or an output of the fuel cell, computing the rate of the fuel supply and the signal, and correcting the rate of the fuel supply. In the fuel cell, the optimum fuel concentration can be easily controlled according to the output by periodically varying the fuel concentration from a reference fuel concentration, measuring a voltage or an output and a variation range of the voltage or the output, and then determining whether the reference fuel concentration is appropriate or not.

摘要: An electrostatic capacitance element includes: a dielectric layer; and a pair of electrodes or a plurality of pairs of electrodes having one electrode formed on one surface of the dielectric layer and the other electrode formed on the other surface of the dielectric layer by interposing the dielectric layer therebetween. The one electrode and the other electrode are arranged such that longitudinal directions of the electrodes intersect with each other. In addition, the one electrode and/or the other electrode have at least two electrode widths. In a case where the one electrode is formed to be relatively shifted with respect to the other electrode, an area of the electrodes overlapping in a thickness direction of the dielectric layer by interposing the dielectric layer can be changed in a continuous manner or a stepwise manner.

摘要: The invention relates to an optical disc apparatus more particularly relates to an optical disc apparatus which is suitably applied to an magneto-optic disc apparatus to reduce leakage of wobble signal to reproduction signal. To achieve the object, the signal level of the first and second beam quantity detection signals SI and SJ which generate the reproduction signal RF by use of the differential output is corrected based on the signal level SL of the wobble signal component detected from the reproduction signal RF and the phase detection result S.o slashed., or the wobble signal component is extracted respectively from the first and second beam quantity detection signals and subtraction is performed.

摘要: A signal measurement apparatus is provided which does not require a special pattern to measure and evaluate reproduced data of a digital signal. RF data, which is binary-coded data obtained by reproducing digital recorded signal, and latch data obtained by latching the RF data in response to a reproduction clock signal reproduced by using the RF data are supplied through a signal input terminal thereof and respectively supplied to a first-pattern-length detection section and a second-pattern-length detection section so that the pattern lengths of predetermined patterns are measured. Then, a 2D display section plots the first pattern lengths on the X axis and the second pattern lengths on the Y axis to 2D-display the first and second pattern lengths.
