Abstract: A massage pad includes a body having a certain thickness, and the body includes a first face and a second face which is located opposite to the first face. The first face has multiple protrusions integrally formed thereon. Each protrusion has a root portion and a rounded portion which is integrally formed with the root portion. The root portion of each protrusion extends from the first face of the body. The diameter of each rounded portion is between 2 mm to 6 mm. The deformation rate of the rounded portion is less than that of the root portion of each protrusion so as to maintain the ball shape to provide better massage feature.

Abstract: A method for making a yoga towel includes a step of preparing a towel with multiple apertures defined therethrough, a resilient plate placed on the towel; a step of placing the towel and the resilient plate between a top mold and a bottom mold which has cavities defined therethrough; a step of heating and softening the resilient plate and matching the top mold to the bottom mold, and a step of vacuuming to suck the softened resilient plate to form anti-slip protrusions on the second face of the towel via the apertures. The anti-slip protrusions are integrally formed with the towel and have elasticity.

Abstract: A pad includes a fabric, a first foam layer and a second foam layer. The second foam layer is located beneath the fabric and has multiple holes defined through the top and the bottom thereof. The second foam layer has a recessed area defined in the top thereof and a path is in communication with the recessed area and the underside of the second foam layer. The fabric is engaged with the recessed area and a periphery of the fabric extends through the path and is located at the underside of the second foam layer. The underside of the fabric that is located at the underside of the second foam layer and the underside of the second foam layer located corresponding to the recessed area are securely connected to a top of the first foam layer.
