Abstract: A speaker assembly presents audio content to an ear canal of a user. A speaker of the speaker assembly generates positive and negative acoustic pressure waves. A first vent assembly of the speaker assembly ports the positive acoustic pressure waves to an entrance of the ear canal of the user, whereas a second vent assembly ports the negative acoustic pressure waves to an area behind a pinna of the user. The first and second vent assembly are configured to provide improved audio content playback to the user.

Abstract: An audio device includes a first speaker and a second speaker. A front surface of a membrane of the second speaker faces a rear surface of a membrane of the first speaker. The membrane of the first speaker moves in an opposite direction than the membrane of the second speaker when the audio device outputs audio content. This configuration maintains isobaric pressure for a back volume shared between the first speaker and the second speaker, reducing vibration of the audio device when outputting audio content.

Abstract: An acoustic sensor includes port architecture designed to mitigate wind noise. The acoustic sensor includes a primary waveguide having two ports open to a local area surrounding the acoustic sensor. One opening of a secondary waveguide is coupled to portion of the primary waveguide, with another opening of the secondary waveguide coupled to a microphone. The secondary waveguide has a smaller cross-section than the primary waveguide. Hence, airflow is directed from a port of the primary waveguide to the other port of the primary waveguide and back into the local area, bypassing the microphone.
