摘要: A pixel driving circuit, a driving method thereof and a display panel are provided. The pixel driving circuit includes a driving transistor, a capacitor having two terminals connected to a first power terminal and a gate electrode of the driving transistor, and a light emitting device. The pixel driving circuit includes: a reset module; a data writing module; a threshold compensation module including a compensation transistor configured to electrically connect second and gate electrodes of the driving transistor together in the data writing phase; a light emitting control module including a first gating transistor configured to electrically connect the second electrode of the driving transistor and the light emitting device in the reset phase and disconnect the second electrode from the light emitting device in the data writing phase. The compensation transistor and the first gating transistor are oxide transistors, and the driving transistor is a low-temperature polysilicon transistor.

The barrier wall and the crack blocking structure include a first metal layer and a first organic layer, an edge of side of the first metal layer away from the base substrate is indented relative to an edge of side of the first organic layer proximal to the base substrate. The barrier wall and the crack blocking structure includes a deep groove penetrating through a film layer between the first organic layer and the base substrate, the deep groove surrounds the opening region. The first organic layer fills the deep groove and is connected to the base substrate.

摘要: A display panel and a display device is provided in the present disclosure, which belongs to the field of display technologies. The display panel includes a base substrate and a plurality of pixel circuits disposed on the base substrate. At least two pixel circuits in a same column are coupled with a same first initial power line, such that only a small quantity of signal lines need to be disposed on the base substrate. Accordingly, an area which needs to be occupied by the signal lines and is of the base substrate becomes smaller, thereby facilitating high-resolution design of the display panel.

The flexible display device includes a display substrate, a polarizer and a first optical adhesive layer that are sequentially stacked, and is provided with a display area and a first corner area. In the first corner area, an outer contour of the polarizer and/or an outer contour of the first optical adhesive layer extend(s) beyond an outer contour of the display substrate. The display substrate includes an anti-crack base, an anti-crack retaining wall, and a plurality of anti-crack blocks that are at least located in the first corner area. The anti-crack retaining wall is formed on the anti-crack base and located outside of the display area, and the plurality of anti-crack blocks are formed on the anti-crack base and located on the side of the anti-crack retaining wall away from the display area.
