    摘要: The relay includes a coil assembly enclosed in a top enclosure made from insulating material. The coil assembly includes a spooled coil body, a core, pole shoes and winding terminal elements assembly and is disposed above a pivoting armature which is connected to contact springs via a carrier element of insulating material. The relay also includes a base made from insulating material and which contains terminal paths for stationary cooperating contact elements as well as contact terminal elements. The armature is disposed above the base via bearing supports and bearing bands integrated in the contact springs. A frame is disposed over the base and forms a housing for the relay together with the base and with the top enclosure. The housing encapsulates the contact space of the relay, wherein the frame with the base represents the lower housing part and the top enclosure for the coil assembly represents the upper housing part.

    摘要: An electromagnetic relay has a magnet system, a base, a movable contact element, stationary contact elements and contact terminal elements. The base is formed by a printed circuit board arrangement. A first printed circuit board of the printed circuit board arrangement thereby faces toward the magnet system, and a second printed circuit board of the printed circuit board arrangement forms a bottom side of the relay. Each of the two printed circuit boards has interconnects. The movable contact element is actuated by an armature and is arranged between the two printed circuit boards. An actuation element that transmits the movement of the armature onto the movable contact element has a pin-shaped end section projecting through a recess in the first printed circuit board. The contact terminal elements are pin-shaped and project through congruent recesses in the two printed circuit boards.

    摘要: The invention relates to an electromagnetic relay with an electromagnetic coil for exciting a magnetic field and an iron circuit for guiding the magnetic field, wherein the electromagnetic coil surrounds at least part of the iron circuit and the iron circuit comprises a core, a movable armature and a yoke. The electromagnetic relay further comprises a contact system with a movable contact bridge which can be actuated dependent on the magnetic field. In order to provide an electromagnetic relay that is able to disconnect or connect a plurality of electric contacts simultaneously in a particularly secure and loss reduced manner, according to the present invention there are provided at least three electric contacts on the contact bridge. According to an advantageous embodiment, the contact system comprises three fixed contacts which are corresponding each to one of three phases and the contact bridge forms a star point of the three phases.
