摘要： A composition of matter and a solvent system for use in providing a water resistant coating to a surface of a roof is disclosed. The solvent system comprises a chlorinated solvent blend. The solvent system and coating composition have no flash point, are non-flammable and provide an improved consistent coating when applied to the surface of a roof.
