摘要： The present invention relates to methods and neuronal cellular preparations allowing monitoring intracellular and transcellular molecular events on both short and long timescales in an ex vivo neuronal network of intact post-mitotic neurons. In particular, the invention relates to methods, kits, genetically engineered neuronal cells, preparations and uses thereof allowing the ex vivo monitoring of early neuronal disease-related changes in neuronal network behavior.
