    Abstract: Described herein is a system and method for providing a conversation session with an artificial intelligence entity in a user interface. Once the conversation session with the artificial intelligence entity has been initiated, other individuals and/or artificial intelligence entities may be invited to join the conversation. In addition, other users may view the interactions between the individuals and the artificial intelligence entities without participating in the conversation. Although the other users are not participating in the conversation, the user interface enables these users to provide comments about the interactions. These comments may be used to train the artificial intelligence entities.

    Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to systems, methods and devices for providing product and service recommendations to users via conversational AI dialog. A natural language user input may be inspected. One or more product-related keywords from the inspected natural language user input may be extracted. A user profile for a user may be analyzed and a determination regarding one or more categories from the user profile that are related to the extracted product-related keywords may be made. One or more match values connecting the natural language user input to one or more candidate product recommendations may be calculated. The one or more candidate product recommendations may be ranked and a product recommendation based on the ranking may be provided.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing emotional care in a session between a user and conversational agent. A first group of images comprising one or more images associated with the user may be received in the session. A user profile may be obtained. A first group of textual descriptions may be generated from the first group of images based at least on emotion information in the user profile. A first memory record may be created based at least on the first group of images and the first group of textual descriptions. A second group of images may be received in the session to generate a second group of textual descriptions from the second group of images based at least on the emotion information in the user profile. A second memory record may be created based at least on the second group of images and the second group of textual descriptions.
