摘要： A terminal equipped with a touchscreen and data search method using the touchscreen is provided. The data search method displays a list of data items and a scroll button in first and second display regions defined on the touchscreen, respectively, checks, when a touch is detected on the scroll button, a part of the second region at which the scroll button is placed, presents a value of tag information matched with the part, and displays at least one data item identified by the value of the tag information in the first display region.

The method includes displaying a list of upper-level menus in an order on a display screen, displaying a first upper-level menu at an upper end of the display panel, a second upper-level menu that is next to the first upper-level menu in the order at a lower end of the display screen, and lower-level menus of the first upper-level menu in a list between the first upper-level menu and the second upper-level menu in response to selection of the first upper-level menu from the list of upper-level menus, and executing a selected lower-level menu in response to selection of one of the lower-level menus.

摘要： Provided is a method of controlling display of an item. In the method, a plurality of individual items is displayed. A touch input is detected from at least two of the displayed individual items. An outline of a folder item to be generated is displayed around a plurality of the at least two touched individual items. Upon receiving a touch release input, the folder item is generated and displayed within the outline to arrange the individual items that receive touch inputs therein.

摘要： In a time data display mode, a time data is displayed in at least one display block partially assigned to a touch screen of an electronic device. After the touch gesture or the drag gesture is detected in one of the display block, the current time data in the display block can be replaced with a new time data according to the touch gesture or the drag gesture. The new time data may be a following time data or a previous time data which can be determined according to a location of the touch gesture, or a direction and a distance of the drag gesture. In addition, the extent of a change in the time data may be determined according to duration of the touch gesture or a speed of the drag gesture.
