摘要： One of the objects of the present invention is directed to a process of preparing a pharmaceutical formulation of a drug of low aqueous solubility, comprising (A) fixing the drug in a strong matrix comprising at least one at least partially amorphous sugar to obtain a sugar-drug matrix; and (B) milling the sugar-drug matrix to obtain a milled sugar-drug matrix as the pharmaceutical formulation. The invention also provides the pharmaceutical formulation prepared by the process.
