摘要: A servo control device controls a combined position of a first servo system and a second servo system having higher response than response of the first servo system. The servo control device includes a first axis target value creation unit and a correction unit. The first axis target value creation unit creates a first axis target value based on a combined command value which is a position command value of the combined position. The correction unit converts the first axis target value into a first axis command value by using a first transfer function. In addition, the correction unit converts the first axis target value by using a second transfer function, and calculates a second axis command value by subtracting the converted first axis target value from the combined command value. The product of the first transfer function and a first model transfer function which models characteristics of the first servo system is equal to the product of the second transfer function and a second model transfer function which models characteristics of the second servo system.

摘要: A machining failure detection device includes a machining light measurement unit that measures machining light generated at a machining point during machining; a machining sound measurement unit that measures machining sound generated at the machining point; and a computation unit that determines whether a machining failure has occurred in the machining. The computation unit includes a feature extraction unit, a determination value calculation unit, and a determination unit. The feature extraction unit extracts a machining light feature from a machining light signal measured by the machining light measurement unit, and extracts a machining sound feature from a machining sound signal measured by the machining sound measurement unit. The determination value calculation unit calculates a combined failure determination value on the basis of the machining light feature and the machining sound feature. The determination unit compares the combined failure determination value with a determination criterion to determine a failure.

摘要: A laser diode-driving power supply includes a constant current source that supplies current to LDs, a switching element connected in parallel to the LDs, and a control unit that controls the constant current source and performs on-off control of the switching element. The control unit compares a first current command value and a second current command value for controlling current output from the constant current source, and when the second current command value input after the first current command value is smaller than the first current command value, applies to the LDs a voltage in the range of a voltage at which current flows through the LDs to a voltage less than the lasing threshold of the LDs when there is no output from the LDs.
