摘要: A motor includes a sleeve, a sleeve holder, a rotor hub and an inner body. The sleeve has a flange portion on an outer circumference portion thereof. The sleeve holder holds the sleeve. The rotor hub has an annular wall portion. The inner body is fixed in an inside of the annular wall portion so as to surround the sleeve and the sleeve holder. The inner body has an annular protrusion portion which is sandwiched between the flange portion and one end portion of the sleeve holder on an inner circumference portion of thereof. A first thrust bearing portion in which a lubrication agent is filled is formed between the annular protrusion portion and the flange portion. A second thrust bearing portion in which the lubrication agent is filled is formed between the annular protrusion portion and the one end portion of the sleeve holder.

摘要: A motor includes a sleeve, a sleeve holder, a rotor hub and an inner body. The sleeve has a flange portion on an outer circumference portion thereof. The sleeve holder holds the sleeve. 摘要: A disk drive device includes a rotating body, a fluid dynamic bearing unit that rotatably supports the rotating body, and a drive unit. The fluid dynamic bearing unit has: a lubricant holding portion in which lubricant is held; a first thrust dynamic pressure groove with which a first thrust dynamic pressure generating portion for generating the dynamic pressure in the pump-in direction, which is oriented toward the inside of the lubricant holding portion, is structured; and a second thrust dynamic pressure groove with which a second thrust dynamic pressure generating portion for generating at least the dynamic pressure in the pump-out direction, is structured. The first thrust dynamic pressure generating portion and the second thrust dynamic pressure generating portion have dynamic pressure generation characteristics in which, when the rotating body is biased in the rotational axis direction from the state where the rotating body is floating in the lubricant, the sum of the changes in the dynamic pressure in the pump-out direction is larger than that of the changes in the dynamic pressure in the pump-in direction.

摘要: A fluid bearing device (50B, 50AB) is composed of a shaft (1, 51); a sleeve (9, 59) into which the shaft (1, 51) is inserted; and lubrication fluid (20) intervening in a gap between the shaft (1, 51) and the sleeve (9, 59), the fluid bearing device (50B, 50AB) supporting the shaft (1, 51) so as to be relatively rotatable freely with respect to the sleeve (9, 59), wherein an end portion of the sleeve (9, 59) is provided with a taper ring (4, 54) in annular shape, wherein at least either one of an inner circumferential surface (4a, 54a) of the taper ring (4, 54) and an outer circumferential surface (1a, 91b) of the shaft (1, 51) facing towards the inner circumferential surface (4a, 54a) of the taper ring (4, 54) is formed into a tapered surface (4a, 54a), which inclines in a direction as a gap between the inner circumferential surface (4a, 54a) of the taper ring (4, 54) and the outer circumferential surface (1a, 91b) of the shaft (1, 51) widens in accordance with leaving from the sleeve (9, 59) and forms a taper seal section (50TS, 50ATS) that prevents the lubrication fluid (20) from leaking out, and wherein the taper ring (4, 54) is formed by a material having coefficient of thermal expansion larger than that of the sleeve (9, 59) and the shaft (1, 51).

摘要: A motor adopting an improved mechanism is composed of a stator having a shaft and a rotor provided with a sleeve and a hub, wherein the shaft is inserted into the hub and the hub is fixed on an outer circumferential surface of the sleeve. The outer circumferential surface of the sleeve is provided with a first outer circumferential surface, a second outer circumferential surface and a receiving surface that links between the first and second outer circumferential surfaces. The hub is provided with a base section, a through hole and a first protruded section protruding downward from the base section. A tip end portion of the first protruded section is provided with a hitting surface that contacts with the receiving surface of the sleeve and a second protruded section that links to the contacting surface and protrudes downward from the contacting surface.
