摘要： To provide a mobile terminal having a broadcast receiving function, wherein even when reception of an incoming call or start of a call interrupts playback of a broadcast being received, all remaining contents of the broadcast including an interrupted part can be played back after the call has ended. Upon receiving notification of call start from a broadcast control unit 112, a recording/playback unit 113 interrupts outputting a TV broadcast being received to a speaker 105 and a display 106, and records audio data and video data in units of frames of the broadcast in a storage unit 114. Upon receiving notification of call end from the broadcast control unit 112, the recording/playback unit 113 continues recording the data in the storage unit 114, reads the data recorded in the storage unit 114 from an interrupted part thereof, and outputs these data to the speaker 105 and the display 106.

摘要： A portable communication terminal having a remote control apparatus includes a CPU. The CPU detects electronic appliances around there by a wireless tag reader, displays characters respectively corresponding to the detected appliances on a monitor, transmits test signals to these appliances, and changes a manner of the character of the appliance except for the appliance which responds, that is, in an off-state. Furthermore, the CPU detects identification information of a base station which is able to communicate with the terminal, registers the identification information detected under a desired location condition in the register, and determines whether or not a match condition is satisfied between detected identification information and the identification information which has been registered. Then, if the determination result is affirmative, the electronic appliance around there is detected by the wireless tag reader, and an operation screen for remotely controlling the detected appliance on a monitor is displayed.

摘要： The invention relates to a mobile terminal that sends content of emails only to a terminal having a telephone number which has been set on the mobile terminal by the owner. One or more telephone numbers to which content of emails is to be sent are stored in the storage unit 12, together with the emails. When an incoming-call notice is presented, the control unit 11 judges whether the telephone number of the calling terminal is one of the telephone numbers stored in the storage unit 12. When the judgment is affirmative, the control unit 11 sends the content of emails stored in the storage unit 12 to the calling terminal.

摘要： A portable communication terminal having a remote control apparatus includes a CPU. The CPU detects electronic appliances around there by a wireless tag reader, displays a plurality of characters respectively corresponding to the detected plurality of appliances on a monitor, transmits test signals to these appliances, and changes a manner of the character of the appliance except for the appliance which responds, that is, the appliance which is in an off-state. Furthermore, the CPU detects identification information of a base station which is able to communicate with the terminal, registers the identification information detected under a desired location condition in the register, and determines whether or not a match condition is satisfied between detected identification information and the identification information which has been registered. Then, if the determination result is affirmative, the electronic appliance around there is detected by the wireless tag reader, and an operation screen for remotely controlling the detected appliance on a monitor is displayed.

摘要： In order to improve security by limiting visitors authorized to enter, a visitor reception system includes an outdoor unit and a communication terminal capable of communicating with the outdoor unit. The outdoor unit includes a short-range communication portion to communicate with a mobile phone, a communication I/F to communicate with the communication terminal, and a control portion to obtain a telephone number from a mobile phone through the short-range communication portion and transmit the obtained telephone number to the communication terminal through the communication I/F. The communication terminal includes an EEPROM to store a telephone number, a first communication I/F to communicate with the outdoor unit, and a control portion to receive the telephone number of a mobile phone from the outdoor unit through the first communication I/F and give notification of a visitor on condition that the received telephone number is stored in EEPROM.
