    摘要: An apparatus for changing direction of driving force for bicycles, more particularly, an apparatus for changing direction of driving force for bicycles, which can travel bicycles forward by pedaling rearward as well as by pedaling forward, is provided. The apparatus is comprising: a pedal shaft having angular portion; a drive transferring portion composed of a carrier which is engaged with the angular portion, a forward clutch pin group and a reverse clutch pin group are formed therein, a first sun gear having inner surface which is driven by contacting with the forward clutch pin group and a gear portion is formed along outer circumference therein; a drive changing portion composed of a second sun gear which is driven by contacting with the reverse clutch pin group and a gear portion is formed along outer circumference therein, forward planetary gears which are engaged with the first sun gear, reverse planetary gears which are engaged with the forward planetary gears and the second sun gear at the same time; a sprocket which is formed along circumference of the extended portion of the first sun gear; a shaft housing having a plurality of pin holes; fixing means for fastening above elements.

    摘要: An apparatus for changing power direction for a bicycle is provided, which can travel the bicycle forward all the times, and simultaneously idle the bicycle, and transmit the driving force to a pedal shaft, thereby pulling back the bicycle without reverse-load. The power direction changing apparatus includes: a shaft housing having a first roll-pin holding portion in which a plurality of slots with a predetermined depth from the circumference are formed; a first changing ring having a first roll-pin race portion to which a plurality of roll-pins are attached to be exposed to the inner and outer directions, the first roll-pin race portion being connected to the first roll-pin holding portion of the shaft housing, capable of rolling against the first roll-pin holding portion, wherein the position of the first roll-pin race portion in the first roll-pin holding portion is changed by a changing lever controlled from the outside; a second changing ring having an inner circumference contacting the first roll-pin race portion of the first changing ring and an outer circumference along which a second roll-pin race portion to which a plurality of second roll-pins are exposed to the inner and outer directions is formed; a sun gear rotatably installed on the shaft housing, and integrally rotating together with the pedal shaft rotating by driving a pedal; a sprocket housing rotatably installed on the pedal shaft, having a ring gear and a race ring at its inner circumference, wherein the race ring contact the outer circumference of the second roll-pin race portion of the second changing ring; a carrier having one side along which a plurality of planetary gears to be engaged with the sun gear and the ring gear of the sprocket housing are formed and the other side along which a second roll-pin holding portion having a plurality of slots with a predetermined depth against the circumference is formed, wherein the carrier is rotatably installed to the inner circumference of the second roll-pin race portion of the second changing ring.

    摘要: A controller for changeable pedaling system of a bi-directional pedaling bicycle is provided. The controller for changeable pedaling system includes: changing stoppers formed to be rotatable around fixing shafts arranged in a carrier with a predetermined interval, each having a first protrusion pin formed at one side of an end near the fixing shaft, and a second protrusion pin at the other side of the other end; a slide ring connected to the first protrusion pins of the changing stoppers and connected to a sun gear being slidably rotatable, for setting the changing stoppers of the carrier to a ratchet tooth of a fixing housing and a ratchet tooth portion of the sun gear according to the rotation of the sun gear; an operation lever controllable from the outside, having rotatable restoring force with being connected to a shaft of a lever gear formed in one side of the fixing housing; a first control ring having inner slant protrusions in an inner flange and outer slant protrusions in an outer flange, with a predetermined interval, the first control ring to be rotatable being engaged with the lever gear; a second control ring having a stopper bar controlling the operation lever and two-sided slant protrusions along the inner circumference with a predetermined interval, the second control ring being elastically coupled to constraint the first control ring, thereby transmitting elastic force toward the second protrusion pins of the changing stoppers; and a third control ring having slipping slant protrusions in the inner circumference, the third control ring being installed to be horizontally movable by the first control ring to constraint the second protrusion pins of the changing stoppers, thereby preventing the changing stoppers from being engaged with the ratchet tooth of the fixing housing.

    摘要: A power changing apparatus of a bicycle hub is provided. The apparatus including a transmission section at one side of a hub shell of a rear wheel, a bi-directional pedaling apparatus (BDPA) section at the other side thereof, and a clutch between the transmission section and the BDPA section provides the power in one direction at all times regardless of the direction of power applied thereto and changes speed according to the driving state of the bicycle. Also, a lever is inserted into the left side of a hub shaft having holes at both ends thereof to control the transmission section and a pin lever is inserted into the right side of the hub shaft to control the BDPA section. The power changing apparatus of the bicycle hub can be connected to a general bicycle compatible with it.

    摘要: An apparatus for changing the speed of bicycles, more particularly, an apparatus that changes the speed of bicycles using inner gears within a rear wheel hub and controls the inner gears by means of controllers mounted on a hub shaft. The apparatus includes: a driven sprocket receiving the driving force of a driving sprocket; a speed controlling portion, which includes a carrier that is fixed to one side of the driven sprocket, containing a plurality of planetary gears with ratchet-teeth formed along their inner circumferences; at least two sun gears for engaging each step of the planetary gears at their ratchet-teeth; a ring gear engaging the other side of the planetary gears; an output portion, including a hub shell transferring the driving force to the rear wheel by means of the carrier and the ring gear; a clutch means mounted between the carrier and the hub shell, and the ring gear and the hub shell, which selectively mediates the driving force; and a speed-change controlling portion. The speed-change controlling portion includes: a hub shaft having a pawl-positioning portion; at least two sets of pawls which engage with or release from the ratchet-teeth of the two or more sun gears; a pawl-controlling ring that controls the position of the two or more sets of pawls; a transforming disk having a groove along its outer circumference with a hooking portion at a certain position thereon, in order to transform the position of the pawl-controlling ring via a mediating portion; a spring for restoring the position of the transforming disk to its original position; and a spacing portion enabling the transforming disk to rotate freely.
