摘要: A ride-on vehicle, such as for a child, includes a vehicle body and one or more wheels that support the vehicle body relative to a surface. At least one of the wheels includes a hub motor arrangement that provides a drive torque for propelling the vehicle. The hub motor arrangement includes a housing defining an interior space. An axle or other mounting element(s) define an axis of rotation of the housing. Preferably, the axle or other mounting element(s) do not pass completely through the housing. A motor drives the housing through a transmission. Preferably, the motor is a standard, compact motor that is positioned on the axis of rotation and can be laterally offset from a central plane of the housing. In some embodiments, a traction element is carried directly by the housing.

摘要: A bicycle gear hub includes an axle, planetary gear modules, one-way clutches and a shift mechanism. The planetary gear modules are connected in series at the axle. The shift mechanism includes a shift actuator and control pawls movably disposed at different positions of the axle. The shift actuator includes recess portions to control opening and closing of a control protrusion of one control pawl, and further to control a sun gear of the corresponding planetary gear module to the axle. When a high gear is shifted to a low gear, a rotational direction of the shift actuator is identical to a rotational direction for closing the control pawl.

摘要: A bicycle shifting device includes a first shifting mechanism, a transmission mechanism, and a setting mechanism. The setting mechanism sets paths in the transmission mechanism to transmit rotation from an input body to an output body at transmission ratios of at least three steps. The transmission mechanism establishes a first path transmitting the rotation at one of first and second transmission ratios by changing a rotational speed with the first shifting mechanism, and a second path transmitting the rotation at a greater transmission ratio than the first and second transmission ratios by changing the rotational speed with a different shifting mechanism from the first shifting mechanism. The first path includes first and second planetary mechanisms. The setting mechanism sets the transmission mechanism so that the rotational speed is not changed by the first planetary mechanism in the second path.

摘要: Inventive embodiments are directed to components, subassemblies, systems, and/or methods for electric traction drives employing a continuously variable transmission (CVT) having a variator provided with a plurality of tilting traction planets and opposing traction rings. In one embodiment, an electric traction drive is provided with an electromotive device configured to transfer power to or from a traction sun of a CVT. In other embodiments, an electric traction drive is provided with an electromotive device that couples to certain components of a CVT such as a traction ring, a carrier assembly, and a main axle. Various inventive shifting assemblies having shift cams and shift cam cages can be used to facilitate adjusting the transmission speed ratio of a CVT. Various related devices include embodiments of, for example, a power input apparatus, a speed ratio shifter, a shift cam actuator, a shift nut, and a carrier assembly configured to support the tilting traction planets.

摘要: A bicycle gearing system includes input and output shafts, two planetary gear systems, and a clutch mechanism. The clutch mechanism includes three clutch presser plates for frictional engagement with two clutch disks and a clutch base. A motor rotates a camshaft formed with cams selectively engageable with cam followers for driving the clutch presser plates to rotate. Steels balls are provided within cavities formed between the clutch presser plates and a clutch housing to convert rotation of clutch presser plates to linear force for frictional engagement with the two clutch disks and the clutch base. Different angles of rotation of the camshaft produce different clutch and gear combinations and different gear ratios.

摘要: A wheel hub capable of being coupled to an axle of a wheel such that the wheel hub is rotatable around the axle. The wheel hub includes a hub housing adapted to be rotatably supported on the axle, and a motor including a stator and a rotor. The stator is adapted to be fixedly connected to the axle. The rotor is configured to be rotatable with respect to the stator. The rotor includes a circular rotor housing inside which a gear reduction module is located. The output of the gear reduction module is connected to a one-way transmission module which in turn is adapted to drive the hub housing to rotate. As the gear reduction module and the one-way transmission module are contained within the rotor, the size of the power wheel can be reduced without sacrificing the performance.

A driving apparatus of an electric vehicle includes an electric motor provided in an electric motor case, the electric motor having an output shaft protruding outside the electric motor case, a planetary gear mechanism provided in a speed reducer case, the planetary gear mechanism transferring the driving force at a reduced speed from the output shaft to the driving wheel. The output shaft integrally includes a sun gear meshed with a planetary gear of the planetary gear mechanism. The speed reducer case includes a positioning section disposed concentrically with the output shaft, the positioning section being combined with the electric motor case. A meshing length between the sun gear and the planetary gear is larger than an insertion depth of the positioning section.
