摘要: A highly reliable multilayer coil component in which the internal stress is further alleviated, and a method for producing the same. The method produces a multilayer coil component that includes an insulator portion, a coil that is embedded in the insulator portion and includes a plurality of coil conductor layers electrically connected to one another, and an outer electrode that is disposed on a surface of the insulator portion and is electrically connected to an extended portion of the coil. The method includes forming a conductive paste layer by using a conductive paste; forming an insulating paste layer by using an insulating paste; forming a multilayer compact that includes the conductive paste layer and the insulating paste layer; and firing the multilayer compact, in which the conductive paste has a PVC of 60% or more and 80% or less (i.e., from 60% to 80%).

摘要: An electronic component with a plurality of coil conductor layers laminated such that a coil conductor having a coil pattern on a surface of an insulation layer is formed on each of the plurality of coil conductor layers. The electronic component includes a laminated body in which a bottom face side extended electrode layer, a primary coil conductor layer including a primary coil conductor, a secondary coil conductor layer including a secondary coil conductor, a tertiary coil conductor layer including a tertiary coil conductor, a parallel primary coil conductor layer including a parallel primary coil conductor, and a top face side extended electrode layer are laminated in this order. The electronic component further includes first through sixth external electrodes on a surface of the laminated body, which are connected to the primary, secondary, tertiary and parallel primary coil conductors.

摘要: An electronic component that has fewer cracks during production is provided. The electronic component includes an outer electrode on a multilayer body, which includes an inner glass layer, a magnetic material layer on top and bottom surfaces of the inner glass layer, and an outer glass layer on top and bottom surfaces of the magnetic material layer. The insulating layers of the inner glass layer and the outer glass layers contain a dielectric glass material that contains a glass material containing at least K, B, and Si, quartz, and alumina. The glass material content of each insulating layer of the inner glass layer ranges from approximately 60%-65% by weight, the quartz content of each insulating layer of the inner glass layer ranges from approximately 34%-37% by weight, and the alumina content of each insulating layer of the inner glass layer ranges from approximately 0.5%-4% by weight.

摘要: A coil component including a multilayer body, at least one coil provided inside the multilayer body, and outer electrodes disposed on at least one surface of the multilayer body. The multilayer body includes a first magnetic layer, an insulating layer laminated on the first magnetic layer, and a second magnetic layer laminated on the insulating layer. The coil has, at both ends thereof, lead-out portions, each of which extends up to the surface of the multilayer body and is connected to a respective one of the outer electrodes. The outer electrodes are each present over surfaces of the first magnetic layer, the insulating layer, and the second magnetic layer, and a width of a portion of at least one of the outer electrodes contacting the insulating layer is larger than widths of each of portions of that outer electrode contacting the first and second magnetic layers.

The land electrode faces two sides intersecting at a vertex of the substantially rectangular shape when viewed along a direction of laminating the insulator layers, and is electrically connected to an end portion of the coil conductor, in which a shortest distance from one side of the two sides to the land electrode is equal to or longer than a shortest distance from the coil conductor to the one side.
