    Abstract: A multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a multilayer body including an inner layer portion in which multiple inner electrode layers and multiple inner dielectric layers are stacked alternately and two outer layer portions located at the surfaces on two sides of the inner layer portion in the stacking direction, with one outer layer portion on each side, and two outer electrodes located at end surfaces of the multilayer body, which are the surfaces on two sides in the length direction, with one outer electrode at each end surface. The inner electrode layers include outermost inner electrode layers, which are the closest to each of the outer layer portions, and an inside inner electrode layer, which is an inner electrode layer other than the outermost inner electrode layers.

    Abstract: A multilayer ceramic capacitor includes an element body portion and a pair of outer electrodes on first and second end surfaces and connected to inner electrode layers. The element body portion includes first and second side margin portions, and first and second outer layer portions, and an inner layer portion. A dielectric includes dielectric particles including barium and titanium, and, as sub-components, rare earth elements, and one or more first additional elements. In a cross section crossing a center in a length direction, dielectric layers included in an inner layer portion include core-shell particles and uniform solid solution particles. A ratio of average areas occupied by the core-shell particles and the uniform solid solution particles is about 0.8 to about 1.5, and a coefficient of variation of a first additional element concentration in the uniform solid solution particles is equal to or less than about 20%.

    Abstract: A multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a base body including first and second main surfaces, first and second side surfaces, first and second end surfaces, and dielectric layers and internal electrode layers, and external electrodes at the first and second end surfaces, and electrically connected to the internal electrode layers. The base body includes an inner layer, first and second outer layers, first and second side margin portions. The dielectric layers in the inner layer and the first and second outer layers include main crystal grains including barium and titanium, and with respect to 100 parts by mol of titanium, nickel in an amount of about 0.2 to about 3.0 parts by mol, and at least one rare earth element selected from yttrium, praseodymium, neodymium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium, and lutetium in an amount of about 0.6 parts to about 2.0 parts by mol.
