    摘要: The illustrative embodiments described herein provide improved systems and methods for conferencing enterprise and non-enterprise callers. In one embodiment, a method includes receiving a first call initiated by an enterprise caller at an enterprise, communicating with an enterprise media server to initiate a tributary conference on the enterprise media server, joining the enterprise caller to the tributary conference such that the enterprise caller is in data communication with the tributary conference, receiving a second call initiated by a non-enterprise caller via a public switched telephone network, interfacing the non-enterprise caller with a data center media server, creating a home conference on the data center media center, joining the second call to the home conference, and interfacing the home conference on the data center media server to the tributary conference on the enterprise media server to form a linked conference between the enterprise caller and the non-enterprise caller.

    摘要: A method and system and computer readable medium for a voice quality measuring device that provides real-time, near real-time or contemporaneous voice quality statistics about impairments external to the voice quality conference bridge system, i.e. from participant's calls coming from a communication network into a voice quality conference bridge system is disclosed. The reports generated by the voice quality statistics provided by the voice quality measuring device will enable carriers to identify voice quality impairments. Moreover, the reports will also enable the customers to see, by means of the voice quality statistics, on a call-by-call basis, whether any voice quality impairments are external to the conferencing bridge system.

Methods to achieve the foregoing can comprise: transmitting an admission request from a user of a communications device to a server for admission to a conference call, the admission request including a unique identifier; storing data unique to the communications device in a data store; relaying the unique identifier from the server to the data store; comparing the unique identifier with the data unique to the communications device; and, when the unique identifier and the previously stored data match, connecting the user directly to the conference call which includes bypassing entry of at least one conference pass code by the user.
