摘要: A method, controlling device, and system for simulating a generation of black ice on a road including steps of: (a) in response to an ambient atmosphere being determined as in a (1-1)-st state, changing the ambient atmosphere to be in a (1-2)-nd state by referring to a (1-1)-st simulation variable corresponding to a temperature of the ambient atmosphere and a (1-2)-nd simulation variable corresponding to a humidity of the ambient atmosphere; and (ii) in response to a road specimen being determined as in a (2-1)-st state, changing the road specimen to be in a (2-2)-nd state by referring to a (2-1)-st simulation variable corresponding to a temperature of the road specimen and a (2-2)-nd simulation variable corresponding to a residual precipitation; (b) applying a triggering action; and (c) determining whether the black ice is generated on the road specimen.

摘要: A rainwater guiding device for a meteorological observation balloon for preventing the observer and electronic devices held by the observer from getting wet by rainwater by guiding the rainwater flowing down along the surface of the balloon to the outside of the observer's workspace during the rawinsonde levitation operation for upper atmospheric observation, wherein the rainwater guiding device is composed of a double-cone structure comprising an inner cone closely contacted with the surface of the balloon around the inlet and an outer cone formed on the outside of the inner cone, wherein the inner cone and the outer cone have funnel shapes, each of which has a conical portion at the upper portion as a shape gradually widening in the upward direction, and an extension portion at the lower portion extending vertically downward from a neck portion, which is a neck portion below the conical portion.

摘要: A rotating gas injection device for preventing damage to a rawinsonde balloon, comprising: a handgrip part; a gas injection tube; a ball bearing module including an inner ring, an outer ring, wherein the inner ring and the outer ring are rotatably engaged by means of the balls; and an outer ring cover positioned outside of the outer ring to form space between the outer ring cover and the outer ring; wherein, after an insertion of a neck of the rawinsonde balloon into the space, a distance between the outer ring and the outer ring cover is controlled to be decreased so that the neck of the rawinsonde balloon makes tight contact, and in response to an external force exerted on the neck of the rawinsonde, the outer ring is allowed to be rotated together with the neck by means of the balls.
