摘要： The present invention provides a novel method for measuring cholesterol efflux capacity. The present invention provides a method for measuring the cholesterol efflux capacity of HDL, the method including: a step for preparing magnetic beads obtained by converting cholesterol to a solid phase; a step for bringing the magnetic beads obtained by converting cholesterol to a solid phase into contact with an HDL-containing sample to be measured in a solution; and a step for separating the magnetic beads from the solution and measuring the amount of cholesterol in the solution after separating the magnetic beads.
