A communication control apparatus according to the present invention is connected between a core node which processes received packets in accordance with a specified flow and a control apparatus which controls the core node, controls each of the core nodes existing in an aggregated network into which one or more the core nodes are aggregated, and converts an aggregated flow specified for an aggregated network and received from the control apparatus to a real flow specified for each of the core nodes in the aggregated network based on connection relationships between the core nodes in the aggregated network, information specifying a real port which is a port through which the core node in the aggregated network is connected to a device outside the aggregated network and a real node which is the core node having the real port for each the aggregated networks.

An information distribution system includes a distribution server and a mobile terminal The distribution server includes: a distribution area information storage unit that stores advertisement information having a display area and a distribution region of the advertisement information that is larger than the display area of the advertisement information in association with each other; and a distribution advertisement determination unit that receives the present location information of the mobile terminal and distributes the advertisement information corresponding to the present location information to the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal includes: a present location positioning unit that performs positioning of the present location information and transmits the present location information; and an advertisement display determination unit that determines whether to display the distributed advertisement information based on the display area and the present location information that the present location positioning unit has performed positioning after receiving the advertisement information.

This vehicle guidance system carries out guidance of vehicles that are traveling on roads making up a road network, the vehicle guidance system being provided with: a flow detection unit that detects the flow of vehicles on each of the roads making up a road network, and generates flow information indicating the detection result; a storage unit that creates associations between the flow information for the roads which has been generated by the flow detection unit, and road-identifying information indicating the corresponding roads, and storing the information; a decision unit that, for each of the roads making up the road network, specifies a candidate road that is a road which vehicles flow from the road in question, acquires the flow information that is stored in association with the road-identifying information indicating the specified candidate road in question, and based on the acquired flow information, decides on a flow increase or decrease policy of vehicles on the candidate road; and a guidance unit that carries out guidance of the vehicles, in accordance with the decision by the decision unit.
