Abstract: A control apparatus comprises first to third parts. The first part manages an image, which is information required for execution of a container. The second part requests the third part to start a container corresponding to an image of a predetermined version. Abstract: [Technical Problem] To maximize utilization efficiency of hardware resources in a hypervisor type of virtual machine systems.[Solution to Problem]A scheduler control means 300 has virtual CPU generation means 310 for generating a plurality of virtual CPUs which operate once per predetermined operation cycle of a CPU resource 100 and virtual machine group generation means 320 for grouping virtual machines VMs into a plurality of groups. The virtual machine running period setting means 330 also sets up an operation period on each virtual machine to ensure a running within an operation period of a virtual CPU_VCPU for the first virtual machine VM in the virtual machine group VMG.
