摘要： A heat treatment furnace may include: a furnace body including an entrance and an exit; a lower plate member disposed in the furnace body; an upper plate member disposed above the lower plate member, wherein the upper plate member is configured to allow the plurality of objects stacked in an up-down direction to be placed thereon; an intermediate member interposed between the lower plate member and the upper plate member in the up-down direction and attached to the lower plate member; and a pusher configured to push the upper plate member forward from the entrance toward the exit. The upper plate member may move forward above the lower plate member. A sliding resistance between the upper plate member and the intermediate member may be smaller than a sliding resistance between the upper plate member and the lower plate member.

摘要： A conveyor may include: a first conveyor roller device; a second conveyor roller device disposed downstream of the first conveyor roller device; and a stopper disposed downstream of the first conveyor roller device and upstream of the second conveyor roller device and configured to prohibit a movement of the objects in the conveyance direction. The first conveyor roller device may be configured to increase the interval between the objects in the conveyance direction to be wider than the interval between the objects in the conveyance direction when the objects exit from the heat treatment furnace so that the objects are separated into object groups each including the predetermined number of objects or less. The stopper may be configured to be disposed between the object groups separated by the first conveyor roller device and adjacent to each other in the conveyance direction.

Each of the plurality of heaters may include a heating part configured to generate heat. Positions of the heating parts of the plurality of heaters in the up-down direction may vary from the heater closest to the entrance toward the heater closest to the exit.
