The assembly may include various components such as a cord, a cord lock, and an article layer into which the cord lock and cord may be at least partially integrated. The cord lock may include one or more components that releasably clamp onto the cord and engage the cord through resistance provided by a biasing element. The cord-lock assembly may be configured such that a force applied to the cord lock in axial alignment with an aperture in which the cord lock is positioned allows adjustment of a length of cord extending through the cord lock and/or through the aperture layer.

摘要： A cord that has been previously affixed around an annulus can be fastened using a sliding member that locks into a housing. Before those two parts are locked together, the cord is free to slide through a channel in the sliding member, and a shear pin prevents the sliding member from moving. After those two parts are locked together, portions of the cord are squeezed between the upper surface of the sliding member and one wall of the housing, and other portions of the cord are squeezed between the lower surface of the sliding member and another wall of the housing, so that the cord can no longer slide. After locking, a sliding cutting element can be actuated to cut off portions of the cord that are proximal with respect to the two locked parts.

摘要： A cord lock includes a female member having a first opening, a second opening, an insertion path for a string therebetween, and female-side fastening portions formed in the insertion path, a male member having one portion entering into the insertion path from a side of the first opening, and male-side fastening portions at the one portion adapted to be fastened to the string inserted to pass through the insertion path in cooperation with the female-side fastening portions, and a spring member interposed between the female member and the male member. The fastening relative to the string is released by a pulling operation of reducing an entering amount of the one portion of the male member into the insertion path. A first contact portion of the spring member is integrally formed with the female member, and a second contact portion of the spring member is integrally formed with the male member.

摘要： An adjuster for adjusting a length of a cord is provided. The adjuster comprises a t-component having a sliding member and a cross member that are integrally formed to form, at least, a first angle. In response to an application of force, the t-component is adapted to move from a first position to a second position, which increases the first angle. The adjuster also comprises a channel body that has a recessed cavity that is adapted to receive the cross member when the t-component is moved from the first position to the second position. The channel body further comprises a sliding channel, where the sliding member is slidably engaged with the channel body within the sliding channel. A first guide channel extending from a first side surface of the channel body to the sliding channel is also a component of the channel body.

摘要： A drawstring fastener includes a female member, a male member movably fitted inside the female member, and an urging device urging the male member in a direction of protruding from the female member. An operating string is pulled out through a pass-through hole provided at a lower end of the female member. By a pulling force of the operating string, the male member can move in an inward entering direction in the female member against an urging force. The male member includes an inner space passing through the periphery, and a pass-through hole passing through the inner space and a lower end face, and disposed coaxially with the pass-through hole of the female member. A string upper end of the operating string is locked after passing pass-through holes of the female member and the male member and entering the inner space.

摘要： A rope clasp device for securing a rope eliminates the need for a knot in a rope by selectively clasping and encasing at least one portion of a rope in a toothed clamp. The rope clasp device comprises a base, at least one, but generally two swinging doors, and a lock. The swinging doors are pivotably coupled to the base in order to be moved between an open position and a closed position. In the closed position, a pair of channels for passage of a rope is defined between the base and the doors. The channels are defined by a plurality of clasping teeth to retain the rope therein.

摘要： A cord release for a window covering includes at least two cases engaged together to form a barrel with an opening at a top thereof. The cord release is defined with a frontal plane and a sagittal plane. A left side and a right side are defined at opposite sides of the sagittal plane, and a front side and a back side are defined at opposite sides of the frontal plane. The opening has a first collecting portion at the front side of the frontal plane and the right side of the sagittal plane, and a second collecting portion at the back side of the frontal plane and the left side of the sagittal plane. Therefore, the cords will be led to the first collecting portion and the second collecting portion to disengage the cases by the struggle force.
