Abstract: The present application relates to an anode active material and a preparation method thereof, and a device using the anode active material. The anode active material provided by the present application includes anode active particles having silicon element, a first conductive material and a second conductive material, wherein the first conductive material and the second conductive material form a three-dimensional conductive network structure, at least a portion of the anode active particles are accommodated in the three-dimensional conductive network structure, and a ratio of the total surface area of the first conductive material to the total surface area of the anode active particles is less than 1000. The capacity retention rate and expansion ratio of the anode active material with progression of the cycle are significantly improved.

Abstract: The present application relates to an anode active material and an anode, an electrochemical device and an electronic device using the same. Specifically, the present application provides an anode active material, including a lithiated silicon-oxygen material and a coating layer, where the coating layer and the lithiated silicon-oxygen material at least have one or more structural units selected from formulae CF2a, CHFb and CH2c therebetween, where a, b, and c are integers greater than or equal to 6. The anode active material of the present application has high stability and is suitable for being subjected to aqueous processing to obtain the anode.

Abstract: The present application relates to an anode material, and an electrochemical device and an electronic device using the same. The anode material of the present application includes: a silicon compound SiOx, where x is 0.5-1.5; an oxide MeOy layer, the MeOy layer coating at least a portion of the silicon compound SiOx, where Me includes at least one of Al, Si, Ti, Mn, V, Cr, Co or Zr, where y is 0.5-3; and a carbon nanotube layer, the carbon nanotube layer coating at least a portion of the MeOy layer. The anode material can significantly enhance the cycle performance and rate performance of the electrochemical device, and significantly reduce the impedance of the electrochemical device.

Abstract: A negative electrode plate includes a current collector and an active substance layer provided on the current collector, where the active substance layer includes a silicon-based material, and a proportion by mass of element silicon in the active substance layer has a minimum value X1 and a maximum value X2 among different locations of a same area size, where a value of X1/X2 is M, and M≥0.7; and a weight loss rate of the active substance layer under thermogravimetric (TG) analysis within 800° C. has a minimum value Y1 and a maximum value Y2 among different locations of a same area size, where a value of Y1/Y2 is N, and N≥0.7. In this disclosure, the silicon-based material and a binder in the active substance layer are uniformly dispersed, improving C-rate performance and cycling performance of the electrochemical apparatus and reducing swelling of an electrode assembly.
